I never had earlier any occasion to hear former CJI's speech, but justice u.u.Lilit speech without any reference from any paper or preparations presented about the vitals our great constitution with step by step with consistency in very very simple language easily understandable ways to any common man. His controversial judgement in the case of SC and ST was/ is not acceptable immediately after the judgement and till now. His judgement cannot be accepted but it has had great impact on the already suppressed community. If my memory is correct the same judgement is reversed subsequently Anyhow his constitutional knowledge is commendable. We must salute for his wonderful deliberation in the event.

That's why he became a Judge. Salute to the elephantine memory and illuminative intellect.

Don't call him retired justice. Senior advocate is correct
