Silly question because I have no earthly idea. Could I substitute psyllium husk instead of the flaxseed. Just trying not to have to buy more ingredients. I have a shelf full now 😅
I will definitely try this recipe; perhaps tomorrow - but now I'm wondering if the pound cake would benefit from the bamboo and flax treatment as well. True, pound cake is supposed to be dense, so I dunno. If I can figure it out though I might combine both your recipes to make a slightly lighter textured pound cake. I'm out of it right now (I usually have some in the fridge or freezer) so perhaps experiments are in order as soon as I have kitchen science time. Thank you!
That's great I hope this recipe turns out for you. The pound cake might work with the combination but you may need to reduce the eggs by one or two. Also when you use this combination always let the dough sit for 10 to 15 minutes. This helps it bind better
You look so pretty today!
Awww thank you so much 😊❤

You can however psyllium husk powder is much more absorbent so the texture may be a little different
Looking very nice with your hair down! Thank you for another recipe to try!
You're welcome and thank you so much for the compliment 😊
*I can't wait to try making this keto garlic bread for my next Italian-inspired meal!*
