- Easy and Healthy NUT BAR recipe no sugar or Energy Bar recipe . This is an easy take away lunch to office and a tasty and healthy snack as well. Not added any sugar in this recipe,
only natural ingredients . This is a no carb bar ideal for weight loss.So This bar is without honey and you can add too as your preference .For me Dates is enough natural sweets.
📌:Ingredients
Casher nuts 1/2 cup
sunflower seed 1/2 cup
Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
Almond 1/2 cup
Flaxseeds 1 tablespoon
Black sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Dates 1 1/2 cup
*you can add 2-3 tablespoon honey-optional i did not add mine.Dates is enough sweets for me.

0:05 Casher 1/2 cup.
0:10 Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup.
0:15 Pumpkin seeds.
0:22 Almond 1/2 cup.
0:26 Flaxseeds 1 tbsp.
0:31 black sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
0:36 roast for 5 minutes.
0:59 Dates 1 1/2 cup.
1:33 Blend into a paste.
1:58 mix the roasted nuts and the dates paste.
2:02 you can add 3 tbsp honey optional.
2:16 transfer the mixture to the container.
2:20 press to compact ans spread evenly.
2:37 keep in fridge for 3.4 hours.
2:43 subscribe for more video recipe.
