Wow what a great place. Did you make it the 5 hours Lloyd? 😏I feel that pain I’ve had same. Do you have Imodium?Awww the dogs so cute. Catching up on your vlogs love them👏
Another lovely movie... I couldn't help but get a chuckle out of the contrast between Lloyd's experience getting to the dunes and senior travel (I'm 70). Someone my age would probably totally avoid street food in a tropical country or at least be very careful with it. However, if it did get to us, we would certainly hole up for a day or two rather than hitting the streets while still not feeling well. But if we ever did find ourselves with a queasy stomach and facing five hours on a bus, we would undoubtedly find out if there was a bathroom on the bus BEFORE committing to the journey. Of course all this self-protection, greatly limits the scope of what adventures are possible. That just comes with the territory when you are on the other side of your Biblical "three score and ten". The moral of the story is don't wait. Make it happen while your bodies can still take a few risks. But don't fear the future decades. Even when journeys out become problematic, the journey in can still be endlessly fascinating. Posted from Amarillo, deep in the heart of Texas, and windmill capital of the universe.
