I gathered more info in this video than the last 10 other videos I watched. A handyman for 35+ years, I finally invested in a pressure washer to add to my services. Last thing I want is to not know what the he I'm doing. Thank you for sharing this. Peace! ✌
Fantastic Video! Thank you for the direct approach to educating on the physical job being done. Most videos out there spend most of the time giving vague advice on the business side of things and selling some other product instead of explaining the ins and outs of the job at hand. I really appreciated this video. Thank you!
Fantastic video. Finally someone who gets straight to the point (unlike Mike) and doesn’t just try to upsell his course. Offers good real actual information. I plan to watch this video at least once more. Thanks man🙏🦾🤙🏼🔥
All you just conveyed is that you think you’re entitled to free information that Mike had to invest his money, time, and intelligence into. There are two kinds of people - Givers and Users. We know which one you are.
@@flattery1111 mike is literally making videos to sell his course... it's not like this is free - they're getting exposure to their business and YT channel
@@flattery1111oh good grief…🙄 just because someone appreciates not being bombarded with constant videos pitching courses, doesn’t mean that person is a “user”. I personally would be far more likely to invest my time, money and intelligence in content that has actual value. I can’t determine value if the whole thing is just a sales pitch with no beneficial information I can use. It’s smart to provide this information for free…because people will see these folks are skilled in their field & that consumer is more likely to invest in future courses. There are two types of people, those who jump to conclusions & label complete strangers & those who don’t. 🙃
Quick tip. Dirt dauber stains are a pain but, we used to use a track brush and straight SH to clean those area. Remove the nest and brush it free of dirt or clay. Utilize a pump sprayer to treat the stain. Agitate with the track brush. Rinse thoroughly, and all is well. Price accordingly for the added time and effort. The clients will appreciate the extra care.
Hey man just a thought you might want to invest in some quick connects for the garden hose at the house because I always have trouble putting the whole hose on a faucet but it’s so much easier to screw on a little quick connect
Wasnt sure where you were out of until your boy started talking. Lol I was born and raised in Lafayette La. But now live south of Houston. Been watching a lot of videos and helping my 17 year old with hos small pressure washing business. He has been do it for a couple of years and his mom would bring him to job's with his equipment on a cargo carrier. Bought him a truck and he just bout a bigger unit. Looking u to a trailer with softwash unit right now
What worries me is using peoples water how do u present that or do u assume they understand your gonna use their water. I dont have a trailer/tank setup. Thanks in advance.
Every professional company uses the customers water because it’s way to hard to bring enough water to be able to power wash everything the tanks they have on the trailer is a buffer tank because the power washer pulls more water than the house faucet can supply
Is there equipment that shows how much chemicals to use if we don’t have commercial rigs like you guys do? I just started only have a pressure washer and surface cleaner how would I clean the house with just that?
Hello, I wonder why you don't place the trailer closer, at the entrance to the house and also, what is your criteria for using or not using the client's water?
Can you tell me what kind of chemicals you use to wash the house? And can you also tell me how many different types of chemicals you used to wash that house? Cheers
Hey like your videos and think they are helpful. Wanted to ask you as a newbie, I see Quote Iq has a measuring tool which I like. My question is this. Is it industry standard to measure the house wash with the total house square footage or are you measuring walls? No roof washing just pure house washing. Thanks!
I’m just getting into this in the spring and am unsure on how to price. I’m starting with a bid on 9 2 story duplexes. Probably 3500- 4000sqft each with garages. What would you guys think would be practical?
What chemicals do you use to wash houses that are made out of that?like wooden panels on the side like the one he washed or how to wash wooden house walls not wooden fences what chemicals please hlo
For solo hw jobs with stained, sealed, or nattral wood, avoid those areas. Spray water and wipe the areas down by hand. Price accordingly for hand cleaning.
I would be so pissed if i were the nieghbor or one of your customers. I'm allergic to chemicals as it's 20% of the population, and my husband is a COPD patient who can't breath in chemicals without buying the few air sacs he had left. Your spraying chemicals into the air and it's going thru the soil and some of it is making it's easy into the water table. Your also killing the beneficial microbes in the soil. Then my cat might want to walk where you just dumped chemicals. What's wrong with natural cleaners like benefect and such?
Most people use sodium hyperchloride which is just bleach and it's bio degradable .... And you're not allergic to chemicals if you were you wouldn't be alive unless you live in a bubble and don't breath air LMAO. Get over yourself Karen if you want just dawn and water your still using chemicals as it's a detergent along with your laundry soap and bath soap so that's why I say your full of crap

Hello, I wonder why you don't place the trailer closer, at the entrance to the house and also, what is your criteria for using or not using the client's water?
It the trailer is big and is gonna have a lot pressure and might break the driveway
Can you tell me what kind of chemicals you use to wash the house? And can you also tell me how many different types of chemicals you used to wash that house?
Cheers
Good video, what part of the country are you in?
your boy seems really cool😁👍

Perimeter x height of the wall = surface area needing to be cleaned
This shit helped so much
You ahowed me i should hire someone to do this instead of myself😂
Glad I could help 😂
Pls Sir, is baking powder and vinegar good enough for interlock tiles?
Whats the dwell time to let chemicals sit ive seen some say 10 to 15 mins
easy work :) I wash paving, moss and grass up to my knees every day :) LOL.

What do you mean you are covered if the outlet is already covered?
I've research thatvhheybhonby the square footage of the house or some company's have a flat rate starting from low as 2 or 3 hundred bucks.
If you didn’t have a second person there to keep the door wet, would you have covered the door with plastic if you were doing this job solo?
For solo hw jobs with stained, sealed, or nattral wood, avoid those areas. Spray water and wipe the areas down by hand. Price accordingly for hand cleaning.
Bro thank you so much
As a fourteen year old who wants to do this but can't drive is it possible? As i don't have a car to carry everything.
#price thank you for this video period!! This will help me nd my small fam
what are you doing if customers tap broken and there is no acces to water?

I stay away from those ring doorbells I treat them like a open outlet if I can work around it I will if it needs to be covered that’s what I do
Make $$$ !!! Let's Go!!
Are most customers ok with you using their water?

So wet the house then apply the bleach mix, then wash?
Did I hear you correct? You’ll get a house like this done in 20 min?
