SpiroPure SP-RV100 Inline RV Water Filter Installation Instructions

Find out how to properly install your SpiroPure SP-RV100 Advanced Inline RV/Marine Water Filter with this handy demonstration video. Includes installation of the filter for two different methods.
Installation of the SpiroPure RV inline water filter is extremely easy.
The filter can be installed on either the water source or the RV.
You just need to make sure the water flow direction is correct.
If you are installing the filter on the water source, first make sure the rubber gasket is in place.
Next, screw in the flexible hose protector to the inlet side of the filter.
Then screw in the flexible hose protector onto the incoming water supply faucet.
Make sure the arrow is pointing downwards to match the water flow direction.
Slowly turn on the water, and flush the filter for about 5 minutes or until the water is clear.
You may see blackish water coming out of the filter. This is caused by harmless carbon fines and will wash out.
Turn off the water.
Attach the water supply hose to the outlet side of the filter.
Attach the male end of the water supply hose to the RV.
Turn on the water supply faucet and check for leaks.
If you prefer to install the filter on an RV, install the flexible hose protector on the outlet side of the filter after the initial flushing.
Then attach the other end of the flexible hose protector to the RV.
Next, connect the RV and faucet with a water supply hose.
Just be sure that the water flow arrow is pointing to the RV.
The filter is now ready for use. Enjoy great-tasting water as well as an amazing shower experience!
