I have the Destrier, and one thing (perhaps the only thing) that I have an issue with is the head rest. It does not stay in place. This video really sells both chairs on that aspect.

YES! I also found that to be true with the Destrier. It's a comfortable headrest, but it doesn't stay where I want it to be. You wont have that issue with either of the chairs in this vid. - Robert

Its an easy fix tbh. All you have to do is open the caps covering the hex screws, then tightening them to the limit. It has made the headrest very much usable and stays in place.

The Aeron is okay but it ISN'T that comfortable. That hard plastic frame on a seat base is the cause. They should soften the edges.

If they ever RE-remastered the Aeron that would be a great place to start! I personally still like the Aeron, but it's not for everyone. - Robert

Aeron is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in, and I tested plenty, including Embody, Fern and Ergohuman 2. I have zero issues with the seat frame. I don't really understand how is it any problem for anyone, IF you seat correctly in your chair.

I think you nailed it with the "IF". If you sit properly and you are sitting in the correct size Aeron, the frame shouldn't be an issue. - Robert

I can see why ppl hate the Aeron, but it's honestly the best chair I've ever sat in and almost 2 years on it's still amazing.

​@speancer I'd say it's most problematic for those who like to sit in weird positions, e.g. cross-legged.
Personally for me, I almost always sit normally and keep my back correctly aligned.
