Carolla’s 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom midcentury home sits on half an acre in La Canada Flintridge.

His ex wife will get this house and half of his empire in the divorce. Shhhhhhhhhockingggggg!
They remain business partners and amicable. He stated on the pod that she is getting the 7.5 mil la canada house and he is getting the malibu beach house. She is still running Carolla drinks. He is too pragmatic to let lawyers get a huge chunk of his nut.

When I was listening 1-2 years ago, he said he was building a "envelope" home - a smart home that conserves heat/cooling and is an utlra efficient home. IT doesn't really look like it. looks like an overpriced ordinary older mid century home.
He gave up on building an envelope home due to Californias restrictive building codes...
But plans to leave California & build that home once his kids finish their education.
