I love this channel! "The office", is my happy place. I play it on loop when cleaning the house, cooking, anything really. I used to play the DVD's, then netflix was easier, (although it always asked if I was still watching), now peacock (fan favorite episodes are full of deleted stuff). This channel is fun, I appreciate the deeper meaning dives. Thank you for all the hard work, the research, scripting, editing, great work man,
Comedy Central banks on that and that’s how they make millions from conglomerate advertisers who pay to be able to send their subliminal messages to you for consumption. Thus, unknowingly, seeping into your mind exactly as they want. But I don’t have any power to stop it, sorry. When me president, they see. They see.
I was thinking of Jim's advice to Andy. Good advice, no doubt. Always best to be hopeful for a better tomorrow. But in reality, did Andy actually find someone? I mean yes, he found Erin, but he managed to botch that up very badly. So in the end, we never saw Andy in a lasting relationship which would have backed up Jim's wisdom.
They really ruined andys character towards the end, they built up this romance with erin only for andy to disappear and come back a much bigger asshole who suddenly doesnt seem to care for erin
Jim's "prank" is straight up douchy. Taking advantage of a dude in pain, who you at least enabled by keeping the secret secret. Don't care about the PSA. "I appreciate your concern but we're okay and happy." End of discussion, not a needless overlong cruel game for the office. And that tiktok with the family? So wholesome. We sure did some crazy things back then.
Eh a long sleeve white button up is very different from a loose short sleeve non traditional dress shirt which is very different from a red polo that’s tucked in.
That Tik Tok was adorable. I’m still on the side of Jim being unreasonably mean to Andy. He could have been straight with him without the prank (but then the episode wouldn’t have happened, I know) but it feels out of character for this era of Jim. I dunno? How Michael handles Dwight at the end foreshadows how he deals with Wallace in the next episode and let’s the audience know that Michael was a good salesman when push came to shove. No notes on Charles this time. Solid A from Idris.
I may just be nitpicking but man do I not like the Dwight Shrute and Michael Scott relationship from this point forward. I’ve always liked Michael and Dwights relationship, i know that Michael was a total a**hole to Dwight but idk I don’t like Dwight being pissed at Michael all the time especially in season 7 but we’ll get there when we get there
Cold opens like this - creative, a bit different - are some of my favorites on TV in general. Like the one(s) that break into song on Cheers, for example. I'd have rated either 4/5 or 5/5 for this one.
Hey, Mulverine. What is up. I have nothing to add up to this perfect review of this colossus of an episode. The only thing I need to talk about is: why are you not using your twitter? Seriously, man. Twitter is missing out some great content.
What is Dunder Mifflin Scranton's biggest client? It seems like every other episode they mention their biggest client, and it is always a different company.
I think the one here is Dwight's biggest client, not Dunder Mifflin's as a whole. Later on Jan is stated as Dunder Mifflin's (or just Dunder Mifflin Scranton's?) biggest client in the episode called "The Whale".
@@sachinisthegod2824 Child comment still withstanding, when quarantine hit I built this room in my basement that I now use as my office/studio. I'm a nerd so I used to have a lot of toys on my desk at the office. After this room was done, I bought these shelves to grow that collection. It adds some life to my office, and makes for a more interesting backdrop.
But Alfredo's Pizza Cafe is the good one!
Jim was helping Andy in this episode. It may not have been the nicest way to help, but it was exactly what Andy needed to get self esteem back.
"Dwight run! Dwight!"
Michael's first impulse was to save him lol

When I get bored I just have the office play in the background on comedy central

5:11 - Alfredo's Pizza Cafe, or Pizza by Alfredo? Alfredo's Pizza Cafe is the good one.
Looks like you have a great time with your kids. Thanks for sharing that video!
I wish we could see what MIchael had written for others in his rolodex.
It's probably similar to the stuff he was saying on the lecture circuit
When you said “I won’t miss quarantine” I cried in Canadian
Lol I thought your children were like... toddlers 😂
Wasn't Alfredo's Pizza Cafe the restaurant with the good pizza though?
Yeah
Pizza by Alfredo was the bad one I think
The Liam Neeson bit was incredible 😂
6:42 Michael and Holly rapping and beat boxing I believe
Bryan Mill's bit was glorious!!

Oh, a series like this about Community.... That's the dream...
I think we can all agree that having nothing but time to do dumb little things with our families was the best part of quarantine
Michael and Holly at 6:42
Michael stole the cheese balls from Dunder mifflin so them playing with the cheese balls represents them taking all dunder mifflins clients
Laundry for a full year. Did I win? I'm only 300 days late.

dwight has the best character arc in the entire series
Alfredo's Pizza Cafe was supposed to be the good one. Pizza by Alfredo was the bad one. I think they just dropped the ball on the meatball sub.

Can we get that Liam Neeson / Dwight phone call in a separate video? That was really funny and I’d like to share it separately.

I love your videos and passion for the office but our ratings hardly ever match, for cold opens or for episodes lol.
What is Dunder Mifflin Scranton's biggest client? It seems like every other episode they mention their biggest client, and it is always a different company.
Right - I thought their biggest client was Blue Cross Blue Shield (from the Golden Ticket episode).
