  • Our amazing patient, Chris, shares his experience with dizziness and light sensitivity coming from neck instability, and treatment with Prolotherapy here at the Hauser Neck Center. His story is similar to many people who we speak to and see here for care. We are so happy that he has been able to get back to the activities he loves, spending more quality time with his son, and we hope that he will continue to see even more healing in the coming months after his last treatment. All the best to you, Chris!
    Thanks for watching!

Wow. Just started having dizziness and nausea last week and came across your channel in my research. I'm a vet dealing with DDD for years, and now experiencing increased nerve issues. VA treatment has been pain focused but I'm now wondering if my Vagus nerve is the issue. I completely relate to his story.

Damn, doc!! I wish you were still up here in Chicago cause I am SCREWED!! My spine is literally killin' me... I got t-boned directly into my body at a high rate of speed that nearly killed me... Then I had two separate tree incidents where huge branches landed on my head, further disabling me... I also had a botched tendon transfer surgery that gave me bad, bad, RSD... which spread throughout my body... My neck is gonna collapse!! I have canal stenosis, abnormal signals, & I'm suffering immensely... I turn my head, feel like I'm getting chainsawed in half, then piss in my pants!! I turn my head again & I feel like I got hit by lightning & my heart starts to race & I faint... Like I said, I wish you were still up here cause I've been sufferin' for 25 years now, non-stop...

This video talks about next problems. My upper back has a dull pain and all the time once I get up. I am dizzy all of the time. Would prolotherapy work and, if so, why. i am not saying the doctor is lying but he does have a monetary incentive to get more patients. BTW, I am 73 years old. Am I too old of a patient? Have older patients like me benefitted by prolotherpy? Looking for examples for someone in my condition and, hopefully, truthful ones. Tx.

I’ve been going through this for almost a year now. One day my ear started ringing then the vertigo set in with heart palpitations , blood pressure fluctuating neck pain. Some days the vertigo is so bad I’m throwing up because my vision is spinning, I can’t even work anymore and every doctor I see has figured out nothing.

Great video and Im glad he had a great result. Please, if anyone can relate to my issue for some advice? In late 2021, after getting two rounds of Prolotherapy in Ann Arbor, MI. I had injections in C-5, C-6 and three weeks after the second session I was giving my dog a bath, leaning forward into the bathtub...suddenly a horrible pinched nerve hit me and affected me for months. This pain is in one of the exact injection sites....the severe pain subsided after 4 months but now, eight months later I am still in pain all day, every day! Could this be a needed injury? I am scheduling an appointment with my doctor this week but my hope has gotten slim. Sorry about this... I am usually very optimistic. Opinions or experiences are appreciated.

Hi, The dizziness and light headedness that he talked about, what or how did it feel? Was it sudden and then went away? And was it like "wave" with 1 dizziness "blast"? I sometimes get this sudden dizziness and my doctor thought I had a brain bleeding but CT scan showed nothing and I was literally ordered to do physiotherapy because the hospital said it was muscle/skeleton related. But the dizziness "attacks" are very very scary.. inbetween or for some time after i can sometimes feel a bit light headed and now i am starting to be aware of where im looking and what im doing with my arms because this comes usually when im not thinking about it. Also starting to feel that using sun glasses outside helps. The dizziness almost feels like it is connected or could start from what im looking at and im a bit sensitive to light. Yes I am a IT engineer and a computer nerd. I do workout and it helps for a while right after a hard workout. EXCEPT I had a loong hard walk and felt it in my shoulder muscles so I kept lifting my arms sometimes hearing a cracking sound. I can stretch down and literally every time I can crack my neck and 2-3 cracks down the spine (feels good but not sure if this is smart). Also should I workout with weights that target the shoulders or will it make it worse?

I had 3 herniations in my neck removed. They were preventing me from having good posture because it hurt so bad to shift my head over my shoulders. This caused me to use forward head posture a lot. Started to get ringing and ear fullness. After they were removed, I have been able to bring my head back above my shoulders and the pain in my upper back is going away. When I look to the right I still get that fullness feeling. I think my left scalenes have changed in order to compensate & create more stability when looking that direction. I will check into prolotherapy in MN with Dr. George Kramer. He did one injection on my neck before the herniations were removed and it helped a lot but not all the way. I think consecutive treatments will really help as I'm sure I had micro trauma the whole way through. Still now, my nervous system is nervous to look down.

I am going through everything this patient of yours has described! I finally found a doctor in the Netherlands who offers prolotherapy.
Its a week after, and Ive felt pretty tired and still unable to sit up straight and do my pc job without problems. The initial stabilization felt great after the administration of injections. However, still some days later I am pretty tired and have other issues such as difficulty keeping my eyes and head up when trying to do some work. The instability makes me sometime walk like I am a bit drunk, any movement of head down can cause brief vertigo episodes. when I sit motionless I get tingles and heart palpitations.the only relief is laying flat. Daily activities become a challenge. Ive also had a forward head posture during studies. My doctor told me it could take month to stabilize the ligaments (i jumped wrong on a trampoline). Also my eyes have been evaluated as healthy but eyes get exhausted too when I sit up. Do you know why that can be? Also, shall I keep moving in any particular way, or rest more to help healing? I really have issues holding my head up and walking normally. My energy is significantly reduced and it feels like Im losing my life. Thank you for your time & answer if you read this. So glad there are people like you!!!

We called this place for help and the cost was over three thousand just for an initial appointment. So we kept trying other methods. He has been struggling for the last couple of years.

I just had my 3rd treatment today, I do feel it's helping, im still experiencing some dizziness especially with side, down, and upward head movements, but the sensation of being pinched up is decreasing. In the past I would get pinched so badly a lethargy and surface numbness would go down my arms and even legs and I would have to sit for an hour or more or lay down. Now after 3 treatments I am getting that "bad" pinch alot less, and if it does happen, it seems to be for a shorter period of time. Still dealing with the anxiety and cervical unsteadiness, but it seems to be improving.

Fantastic interview. So we’ll explained by your patient. Mine was similar, included tinnitus, heart palpitations, blood pressure increase, brain fog, dizziness and anxiety. A lot of my symptoms were due to my atlas subluxation. My atlas not holding with regular orthongal adjustments, which are the gentlest adjustments in the world-research it or UA-cam atlas orthongal on the doctors show, are why I started to researching and found Dr. Hauser. I am now scheduled for Prolotherapy locally to me, with a great doctor. Your videos are saving and changing lives, Dr. Hauser. God bless you!

Hi this is Chris from video. Yes, I have been working on curve correction through the process as I lost all curve in my neck. With their help and weight protocols I’ve been able to reverse this and it’s come back slowly but safely

@@adamstoyadventure9974 hey bro, did you have a herniated cervical disc as well? or just nerve symptoms from the straight/kyphotic neck? you reminded me of myself, a bodybuilder, struggling with both of those things.

@@adamstoyadventure9974 I just started my treatments with Dr. Hauser after seeing this video and watched most of his other ones as well. I struggled with all these symptoms and saw countless docs and specialist and no one could tell me the issue until I saw the team at Caring Medical. I’ll need 4-5 total and my neck is in a slight “S” shape. I also have styloid process on both sides so may need those removed in the end. I How long since your last treatment and how are you doing nowadays?

@@McNastySlam I’m doing very well now. I started treatment back in October 2021. All in all I’ve had six treatments. I probably could’ve been done after 4 to 5 but I kept pushing it while exercising and flaring it back up which I knew I would do. And if I had a more of a military neck and not an S curve.
With the head wait I was able to get the curve back by around treatment number four. Just know that through the process you’ll have a few good steps forward and may be a side step. Don’t allow the side step to discourage you or frustrate you just understand and kind a let it flow as part of the process. From where I was when I started to now I would say I’m 90 to 95% better. If I would’ve taken it a bit easier I would’ve likely been in a better position earlier through the process than I was. Best of luck and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. God bless.

@@adamstoyadventure9974 thanks for that. I hit a big back step this week. It’s 25 days after my first treatment. I figured it would feel better while still stiff and tightened up from the first treatment. I am also an avid lifter myself and I was pushing it because I finally felt bette Edie the first time in 3 years and got excited. Probably shouldn’t have gone that hard with the weights. Trying not to get discouraged. I know the path to any goal is never linear so I remind myself of that.
I am doing the head weights 5x a day as prescribed. My next treatment is in 4 weeks. If I can get to 90%-95% better I’d be extremely happy. Like you talked about, I never knew what depression felt like until all this crap. I’m stoked you found Caring medical and are doing much better.
Thank you for the kind words and the “heads up” (pun intended*).

It's a shame... the cost. I'm in Florida as well and I called for help..it's three or four thousand just to walk in for an appointment. And then you need to bring X-rays and all the proof your doctor couldn't help you.

It's not $3,000 just to walk in... That price includes nine different tests so you finally know for certain what the cause of your symptoms are. I am going next week and I cannot wait. I will be doing videos of my healing journey as well with Dr. Hauser.
