    I'm suffering from something in my spine/neck that gives me off balance, vision black out, a vertigo feeling, sometimes loss of control in my legs when I get up from sitting and they shake/go numb like. I've went to a spine doctor a few or more years ago and found out I had degeneration of the spine but they didn't do anything for me. That's not my problem. It's in the rear of my neck/head/spine. Never got headaches a lot but I'm getting more than ever. I also have high frequency noises in my ears all of the time. Year before last after having ultra sounds on my neck, then CT scans and MRI's. The problem I went for (above explained to regular doctor) was forgotten and I ended up having carotid blockage on my left side of the neck and had a carotid endarterectomy last year. Long recovery and some of the above symptoms happened for the first time but all of my other neck problems previously still exist. I just want to be able to do things like get up and not get dizzy and darkened or blackout vision, or turn in bed from side to side and get a vertigo feeling in my head from my neck. No one around here knows what to do, and I'm about done wanting to see any local doctors. Have you any idea of my problem?

      @@CaringmedicalProlotherapy Thank you for the reply! I have found your website and I will plan on calling you very soon. You're not close by but I wouldn't mind a trip to FL since I have family in the state. But my focus will be "relief" and living better over anything else. Thank you again and will talk to you in the very near future.

    I live in South America and I don't access to exams and good doctors at the moment. I don't remember ever having a concussion but I feel I have. The only diagnosis I have are pinched nerves C5 and C6 (both sides). I am wondering if I have cervical instability. When I do neck strengthening exercises or stretches it gives me a migraine. I started using a neck brace every night and it feels amazing. Just the last few nights. Is this cervical instability?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  23 дні тому

      Hi Regina - there is not way to diagnosis without seeing you in our office however, it could be due to poor posture and instability which is why the brace is helping at night. We recommend limiting screen time and the looking-down/slouching lifestyle as much as possible. A lot of individuals can benefit from fixing their curve!

      @@CaringmedicalProlotherapy Is it safe to use a neck brace at night long-term?

    • @CaringmedicalProlotherapy
      @CaringmedicalProlotherapy  21 день тому +1

      It would be wise to get exams done to understand exactly why you are experiencing this pain and these symptoms. Wearing a brace long term is not something we would want for our patients - we want to find the root cause of the problem and fix it!
