Hoaaahhh!! I served in the US Army and served 12 years, but served most of those years in the FL ANG; I currently rated for 60%; 10% for tinutis and the rest for my lower back., but I got denied my sleep apnea and I am currently diagnosed for Depression and Anxiety, but do not know how to make a new claim for depression and anxiety as well for migraines/headaches and my sleep apnea. Lots of people tells me to link my sleep apnea and migraine to Tinutis as secondary. And depression and anxiety link it to My constant lower back pain that does not let me sleep if I’m lucky I get to sleep anywhere from 3-4 hours per night, but not all together.

I retired 7 months ago and I just went through my C&P exam about three weeks ago and completed my retirement physical before i retired. One of my issues with my exam was the fact that when we enter the service we are given a hearing exam and when we retire we get another hearing exam using the same type of equipment and then when we do the C&P exam they use a completely different test. When i did my retirement hearing test I was given the test twice because of the amount of hearing loss and these tests were done a few days apart and both were similar but slightly different because my tinitus was slightly louder during the second test. The test they gave me during my C&P exam used a machine that didnt use a flat tone and it used a tone that varried. my retirement hearing test saying i have significant hearing loss compaired to my entry exam BUT the C&P exam says I have mild hearing loss. I am still waiting to get my rating for all my claims so just waiting to see how they rate my hearing and tinitus.

My husband gets the smallest amount on the hearing. He was recently diagnosis with PTSD by the VA but then he was denied benefits on the PTSD., neck injury, and his feet, which was service related etc. It's been several years and they have not located or sent his medical records .Doesn't make since to me. He's been at 30% for several years now!?

It's gonna be hard he's just about to give up! If I may ask what is the fee?

Of course, we understand your frustration. If you decided to sign up with us you'd really have nothing to lose though because we don't charge anything upfront! If you do receive an increase in your monthly VA disability benefits, our VA Claims Insider Elite Membership Agreement stipulates our standard fee of 6x the monthly increase, payable one time, either lump sum at a 10% discount or over 12 months at no interest.
