    Thanks Rachel. My back is in spasm just now, I can't get my Dr because they're closed and I don't want to go to the hospital because it's not serious enough, fingers crossed it doesn't get worse! So it's some gentle cat cow, supported child's pose and restorative legs up the wall. The poses do take the edge off but if I move the wrong way, omg! 😂 😂

    Thank you for this! Can I ask which pose you’d recommend starting with for someone with CFS?

      Supine poses like Supine Bound Angle Pose, Corpse Pose, and Supported Bridge Pose would be some good ones to start with. I also have a 21 Day Pose challenge available inside my monthly membership program which you can learn more about here: www.sleepysantosha.com/membership
      I think the challenge would be a great way for you to safely explore all the poses!
