I love your experiments. I am retired and on a fixed budget. Your money saving tips are great. I’ve been following your advice. Thank you. You always bring me joy ❤
Hi I thought I sent you a comment this morning but I don’t see it . Just wish I was able to attend your workshop can’t this time but it sounds terrific. You are an extra ordinary teacher and I love your positive attitude! Love and blessings to you too!
Next time Carol!! Thanks so much for the love! Please sign up for my newsletter updates about future classes on my website so you'll be the first to know.
Once again an absolutely instructive video. Many thanks for sharing your experiences Garrick👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️🙂 I meanwhile have been trying out your glue recipe with Malverk clear glue, which is easily to get in Germany and definitely cheaper than Australian Floetrol. The outcome especially the cell development has been quite good👨🏻🎨
@GarrickBrownArtStudio it's not the ingredients it's the cook lol. Using amsterdam aussie floetrol. Have tried all different ratios. I time my stirring for at least 2 minutes. I use behr 8300 and josoja 3 / 1 for tubes. Little cells sometimes they stay sometimes not. Sometimes go wonky. Have followed you lisa Marvin since you both in Northern hemisphere. Darren Nixon is my best friend but since he's in Oz I can't use what he uses. His cells get big and juicy and stay that way
I'd be interested to know if a brand such as liquitex titanium white and glue all could work as a cell activator as well. Something besides Amsterdam. Thanks for sharing all your experiments!! Love ya!
Ok so on the subject of off-label cell activators. I see a lot of talk about silicone as a cell activator, and someone elses comment about purell...so im wondering if lube would work... 🤔🕵🏾♂️

Robert, actually these paints are not expensive. And Garrick was demonstrating a cheaper way to do a bloom, with out using the expensive Australian Floretrol.

I'm so happy we can find cheaper alternatives in most cases. Thanks for the love Ann!

I think working with clear glue is much more difficult. I haven't tested it but in the past I've heard it is a struggle.
WOW!!!
Such cool results! Thanks for sharing!😊

AMAZING! Could you please repeat this experiment using European Floetrol (Owatrol) as I imagine ratios would be different, no? Thanks
I can do this. Lol I have some... let me see what I can whip up.

Wow! How many minutes did you wait after swiping? It’s really nice!!
Will you teach teenagers in NC? Would love to send my grand🎨🖼️🥰
About 5 minutes. The reaction is slow but worth the wait. I have taught young adults before!! How are old is your grand?
My bad. I thought she’s 12 or 13 cuz she’s tall but she’s only 10. I talked to her mom. I tried 🙏🏽
