I would fight a pseudoskeptic here. No "science", no "bullshit". Just him and me. I hate those cocky guys obsessed with "science" always mocking at people who don't think like themselves. This stage differentiates the pets and the beasts.
Remembering this stage made me have an idea for Sagat's little story in SFV (given the supposed leaks) First Stage, re-introducing Sagat and his new stage: Someone from Shadaloo, probably Fang (having survived the Story Mode events), finds Sagat, training in seclusion or whatever, and tries to convince him to rebuild the syndicate. After the fight, he remembers his days and experiences fighting around the World... It could be Ed too, trying to build his "good" Shadaloo. It only has to make Sagat remember stuff. Enter the second fight: He remembers this fight, him and Ryu in this stage. The fight ensues and the perspective goes back to the present. Now I don't know. Maybe Sagat goes around the world again, now on his own, like Ryu does, meeting the other fighters and stuff. In the middle of that, Balrog finds him, and, after a fight, promises they found Ryu. Some more filler fights, and after they inform him where Ryu is, he ditches them and goes for himself. He finally meets Ryu again, but now that they're cool, they fight to remember old times. Its like a greeting (its how these dudes communicate haha). I wish it was the same stage (Australia) but during the day or the sunset, but it could be a little repetitive. But well, could be cool to experiment on this one, make Ryu a boss, with unlimited V-trigger or something. After the fight, they're both satisfied. End with Sagat theme piano ver. ;_; It would be cool to have the flashback right before the final Ryu fight, like, one round in the past and one in the present. Just a daydream I had while hearing this, strong enough to make me write this bigass text EDIT: Seeing how shity these little storys are for other characters, I doubt that the real one will have this many scenarios or significant fights... Sad, but most likely true.
I hope they adapt the penultimate chapter of the Masahiko Nakahira's "Street Fighter III Ryu: Final" where Sagat finally have his fated battle with Ryu, now as friends and rivals.
What I love about this stage is that it really just represents everything about ryu and sagat at heart. It was never about the fame, it was never about money, it was never about the power ups or transformations, it ain’t even about good or evil. But they struggle with it in there journey. But at the end of the day, it’s just the fight. THE FIGHT IS ALL. That’s all they want.
Street Fighter compositions are soo groovy. The time signature, those deums are going off, the signature Sagat leads are so distinguished and recognizable, i mean it just feels like SAGAT when you hear it. Legendary stuff

It's a damn shame the stage sound effect feature did not carry over from the SF2 series (crowd cheering, elephants, seagulls, etc.). Would have been cool to hear thunder clapping in the background of this stage.
I'm glad this stage is finally coming back to the modern gaming age in 2019 for Street Fighter V! I can't wait to download and have my fighters battle here!
Wish they would redo this stage in heavy pooring rain, with the same or remixed theme. With a cinematic intro and outro during a Ryu vs Sagat story mode confrontation in either SFV or the next one.
You can't tell me this wasn't directly inspired by the amazing intro scene from the SF2 Animated Movie. So I've had so many epic and intense battles here... every fighting game needs at least one stage with music and atmosphere like this to make every battle in it feel "decisive". Or, be like The Last Blade series and have multiple stages like that, lol.
In alpha 2 i main chun li,sakura,guy,sagat and when i reached the final fight with ryu or in this case evil ryu i was shocked to see the stage as there was no stage like this and ryu's ai was cheap as it only used hadoken i got so frustrated that i basically screamed,but this banger keep me motivated,i tried again and again and again and finally the menace was down,i was so satisfied when i defeated,weathering the hadoken storm :,)
You might expect after Sagat beats Ryu, he would be laughing "HARHARHAR MAYBE YOU SHOULDA EAT MORE CORNFLAKES BEFORE NEXT TIME FACING AGAINST ME! HARHAR! :-DDDD

I think this is my favorite of all SF songs from any SF game.
Mine too. SFA2 Gold had great music, I'd say that Adon's stage is second place and Ryu's in third place in my top SF themes.
