Hi Dan! I can't take you how much I appreciate these videos! Its incredible for someone like me just starting out! Its the hardest industry and no one really likes to help you as they see you as competition. THANK YOU :)
My pleasure! That's why I'm doing it. I had so many questions. It's a cut throat industry, and it cost me a small fortune to know all this stuff. I figured I wasn't the only one wanting to know. All the best Dan
Dan, this is the next best thing to sliced bread! - I learnt more today from this 5 minute video than from anything else I've watched in seminars and webinars on jaw line fillers. Thank you so very much! Keep doing these! My subscription already paid for itself!

20, 000 now..Congratulations! I'm a new subscriber. It's a bit scary to inject yourself, I'm trying to figure out the safest way. I really appreciate your videos.
I feel that this intervention works best for people who have a heart shaped face with a weak chin and jaw line. If your face is long and rectangle shaped, (with weak cheekbones), filling the jaw-line (and chin) will create a ''bottom-heavy'' look, like a pear-shape from the front.
I have observed that the more that the very back part of the jaw is built up, the more the jowls disappear, as if they are sucked back up, or something. Especially when you go straight in with the needle, as if stabbing. And I have also observed that one of the underlying causes of needing to get the jawline procedure in the first place, is because of bone loss in the bottom jaw area that creeps in with age.
Great video nice, short & to the point 👍👏👏if u can post about new pico láser, carbon facial” “Hollywood Facial& skin rejuvenation, Melasma & age spot etc.
Dan, your videos are excellent. Would you please add more detail to this explanation of your jawline technique? I don't feel like I am clear enough to apply this technique clinically. Thank you!
Hi Adam, All the extra details will be provided in my members option. Please feel free and check it out! It's very affordable and should answer your questions. More videos coming out regularly, plus livestream chats with me twice a month!
Hi! In case you place filler exclusively only onto the end of the mandibular angle from behind right to the bone, and nowhere else along the jawline, then do you use a needle in this case or would you still use a cannula?
Hi Dan! I love your videos. I’m in Canada and I’m wondering if you can be an LPN (Liscenced Practical Nurse) and train to perform tox and fillers, or do you need to be an RN (Registered Nurse)? I’ve looked everywhere to find that out but can’t find the answer. Thanks ☺️☺️
In Ontario, yes. Not sure about all of the other provinces. I know many RPN's (LPN's in ON) that have dedicated their lives to mastering this craft. They have their own businesses and do very well offering botox, fillers and soon thread lifts. All the best Dan
@@danestheticsmedical Thank you Do you know a regulatory board that I could contact that would know for sure if my province Saskatchewan is the same re. LPN’s?
Is there an app you'd recommend for us to see what our face would look like if the golden ratio was improved? I'm think about a chin implant and cheek fillers, but would like to see a possible before and after.
Nope. Here’s the ideal chin for a man: Should be the width of you mouth. The protection should equal the upper lip. The distance from under the nose to the chin should equal the distance from the base of the nose to the eyebrows. Hope this helps! Dan
Danesthetics Medical, when a decent amount of filler is used for the jaw angle and the patient opens their mouth largely (as if to yawn), does the filler move with the jaw bone? Or does it stay stay stationary? Are their any concerns that when someone is opening their mouth the filler could look odd? Much appreciated!
Where your lo Latino is?I am a first time mad I would like to search and remake my face and first thing for me to think of is jawline and chin fillers but I’m afraid of pain and to watch of all your video I am scare of if I go to a wrong place who will inject will make it wrong and injury so please help and any advice?im Asian and I just like to look natural thansk for all your video and hope to got your reply.
Hi Dan, I had double jaw surgery for a canted jaw/bite, and now my right cheekbone is super weak in comparison to my left. Have you ever balanced an unbalanced upper jaw with filler on one side?
@@danestheticsmedical It is very often needed and as a maxillofacial surgeon I have replaced fat grafting with dermal fillers routinely and I thoroughly enjoy your presentations and in cases as above you will often find in addition one side of the mandible to be deficit lateral-medial and in need of filler as well. Regards Don Wakeham
Thanks for the video ,but please i didnt get if u will inject in the goneal angle or not ,also would u inject the rest of jaw line till the chin or not u didnt clarify .
Ughh I just tried this technique. On one side the filler ended up migrating to her neck! I dissolved it immediately but what did I do wrong?? Please help! Thank you
Hi Sandy, here are the possibilities for your concern. 1. Filler wasn't stiff enough. 2. You may have placed it a little too low. It must hug tight against the bone. 3. Client ended up doing some exercise within the first few days after placement. Make sure she doesn't bounce around for a few days afterwards to let it firm up.
Hi Sandy, to clarify I stay in the s/c area, but I'm bringing the cannula below the jawline. The cannula isn't perpendicular to the jaw, it's running almost parallel.
When you just got jawline fillers and you yawn, is it normal that the filler doesn’t stay put but goes higher because of yawning/opening your mouth wide? In rest it looks lovely, but when I yawn or open my mouth it doesn’t / looks shifted
Hello Doctor possible video about the injection of meso therapy and the depth of the nidel and the areas that are not injected by it I hope you translate arabic videos coming it will be more interactive your channel because you have Arab followers they are and i should be insulted
I got this done. But my issue is I can see where the filler was placed at the sir of my jaws. There’s a white patch and it doesn’t match with my tan skin. Is this normal?

Thanks Dan for the great video and sharing your experience, Do you with this new technique deposit a bolus dose at the Goneal angle too ??
Thank you
Yes, absolutely, I’ll go right to the angle and place a bolus there.

I wonder about the same. I have the exact same thing

If you stay in sub cut plane does it not move when the mouth moves? I was always taught to inject into bone

Wow!!!
Thanks for the video ,but please i didnt get if u will inject in the goneal angle or not ,also would u inject the rest of jaw line till the chin or not u didnt clarify .
I do go all the way to the gonial angle. Sometimes I go all the way down the jaw. But most often I won’t. It depends if they need it or not.
Fantastique
How do you map the face so you fill it correct? How do you measure where you should inject the filler for sagging jowls?
Just in case they sell the maps for botox and fillers at Etsy's last years the maps was available if that help.
Hi, please assist u online courses for jawline, thank
Wow Dan, jawline work usually requires 2-4 ml? Wow it is very expensive. :( What filler is your favourite for jaw? Thanks.
Almost all stiff HA fillers Work well for this region. I don’t have a favourite. But Stylage XXL is a great product that should save you some $$
@@danestheticsmedical Thanks Dan. :)

Client ended up doing some exercise within the first few days after placement. Make sure she doesn't bounce around for a few days afterwards to let it firm up.
Do you worry about product migration down with putting the HA below the jaw line?
Great question, Adrian. The benefits of using thick and dense HA fillers, which I recommend for jawlines, is that they tend not to move once settled.
Also you mentioned to stay subq- but if you're dropping the product below to recreate the jawline how are you not touching bone?
Hi Sandy, to clarify I stay in the s/c area, but I'm bringing the cannula below the jawline. The cannula isn't perpendicular to the jaw, it's running almost parallel.
Thank you.
Could you not get the same results doing small bolus .. to the bone..method all along jaw line instead?
I used to use that technique. It doesn’t look as good. And you need more filler.
What size of cannula do you typically use?
25g long or short TSK cannula
👏👏👏
What about the jaw nerve? Isn’t that running close to the injection as well?
There is the trigeminal nerve that runs around the jawline, but the cannula is blunt, so it’s won’t be affected
Good to know
So the product is laid in sub q not deep ?
Correct
Do you have training classes?
Not at this time. Who knows, Maybe in the future!
@@danestheticsmedical You could maybe try an online class though
