I print a hard copy of my boarding pass'.
I usually have both as well. I have the app based one and I get one printed at the kiosk or with the desk attendant when I'm at the airport. Thank yo for this insight.
Good tips but for people glued to their cell phones 24 hours a day, there is no excuse to not download the airline's app and get flight updates.
