Excellent video as always, I definitely needed this one. Question, do you have any advice on how to leave one therapist if they're not helping you the way you need? 💜
my advice would to be as honest as you can with them, because they probably don’t realise they aren’t being helpful. you might be able to explore alternative approaches with that same therapist and then if it still isn’t working out it will probably be a mutual decision to end therapy. it’s super frustrating when it feels like therapy isn’t working, and i really hope things start getting better. sending love ❤️🩹❤️🩹
