I'm really glad you decided to share your running journey, Linda. I started running over a year ago and it was probably the best decision I've ever made. The positive impact it had on my mental health was unlike anything else. My mild symptoms of depression and anxiety completely went away, I wasn't fatigued all the time and my stamina improved tremendously. It took me about 3 months to work up to a 5k run which took me 42 mins, and I still take around 38-40 mins. I've not been able to run further than that or improve my time much, but that doesn’t stop me from running. I really feel the difference in my mood and energy when I don't run for more than a week.

As a runner, I run highschool cross country and track, I liked your perspective about running and mindset. Coming out of competition season for cross country i experienced anxiety about running. Mostly about my pace and time and my coach's approval. This motivated me to have a new outlook about running and make it something I enjoy. Thanks Linda ❤😊
I've been watching your content since 2020 I can just say that every day I love it even more. Can't wait to see what life has for you in all the best ways. Thanks for sharing your journey.

I feel that your videos make me believe in happiness again, every single one of them, you never miss it! Thank you so much for creating such amazing content, you've impacted my life in the best way possible. Wish you the best!!
ive never met someone so healthy on youtube. geniuenly, all influencers that make videos on 'how to be healthy' or meal preps are just so clearly unstable or have an ed. you geniuenly have such healthy principles and habits. wow i love this video. just subscribed!!!
linda, this actually inspired me to run my first marathon. i LOVE running and have ran half marathons, but marathons have always seemed like the “impossible” challenge, not even worth thinking about. but you just made me realize that it really isn’t impossible, and i signed up for one last night. thank you and good luck with yours!
It's 12:00 in the morning in Greece and I just woke up and omg you can't imagine how happy I am for this notification, THANK YOU for everything Linda ❤️
Hey Linda!! It’s been nearly a year since I started watching your videos and every time a new upload pops up I sit down and get comfy with a drink or a snack to watch it. Your content has helped me so much in my recovery and is always inspiring me to try new things - will definitely be giving running a go as someone who usually hates it! Thank you as always for creating such lovely videos
so nice u have been doing well in recovery but be careful about going into running without fueling properly if u ever need some inspiration i have some youtube videos that really will resonate with u and i hope they can help you
Hi Linda, I never seen your channel before, but I found this video and it inspired me so much. I have a long history with disordered eating and an unhealthy relationship with exercising/running too. I used to run, I even once ran a half marathon, but in in my ED recovery I kind of quit exercising altogether and gained a lot of weight. This has really impacted my overall fitness and energy levels. I picked up running again a few times, did a little bit here and there but it didn't really "click" until a few weeks ago, when I decided to just start from the very beginning again and do a couch to 5k program. I'm in my third week now and I'm absolutely loving it. This video was so encouraging and making me excited for what's in store for me in the future! Thank you!!
Linda! I don't know if you'll see this, but I just wanted to say you have been an absolute inspiration. You've been there for me during the times I didn't think I could keep going and I am so so grateful I stumbled upon your videos! U da best
I love that you're into running now! I feel the same way about running - it's helped me so much and it's just so nice to be outside and get out of my head!
This was so fun to watch. I’ve been running for 25 years and everything you said about it is so true! Switching that mindset from I have to run to I get to run was the biggest game changer for me. So happy to see you so happy! ❤😊
A fellow runner here! I started running last year to cope with an awful anxiety, but from just a way to get my mind to stop running in circles (hehe), I found it very important part of my life. I did a half marathon, even though I was training for a full one, but then an antibiotic prescribed a month before was a deciding point with cutting the distance. I ended up with a injury that I am still working on with professionals taking care of me, but this lead to falling in love with strength training - because I needed it to get back to running and feel happy again. So I don’t know who needs to read this, but you are not special, you need strength training if you run. This rule is for everyone, go do your squats and walking lunges and save the money on physiotherapist 😅 Love seeing you get out of running the good things, Linda ❤ everyone deserves some runner’s high
I used to run cross country, and I loved it so much! I had to stop because I have I have a joint condition that was making running cause more harm than good to my body. I have wanted to take up running again for years, but take it slow so my joints can handle it, and your video is the exact motivation I needed. I am moving to a new state in a few days, and I think it will be easier to start in a place where everything is new and I can create a new routine. Thank you so much for the inspiration!!!
reminder to take care of yourself and that u can find a new form of movement that u enjoy and agree she is such an inspiration sh ewas the one who gave me enough courage to start my own yt channel where i want to inspire others
While I'm not a runner, I recently started training in Brazilian jiu jitsu and this video resonated so deeply. A mantra I've been practicing myself is along the lines of "strong not small" as you so aptly put it, which I love so much. Seriously helping me with body image and my relationship with food. Thank you Linda for your gentle and compassionate words
Dear Linda, I recently started running again and I'm training for a half marathon. Thanks for taking us with you on your journey. I really need to learn a lot more about running.😊❤
omg same girl we are in this together and wishing u lots of luck and if u ever need some motivation i have some youtube videos on my channel that i know u will enjoy

You just made me cry and feel so inspired girl. I love you!!!!!! You are such a sun in my life whenever you post a video. Thank you for being so real as well. Truly, thank you 🫶🏻🤍 and I'm so proud of you as well 🥹
I honestly really needed this because I’m running cross country and I haven’t been the best I once was when it came to running. I lost my little sister last year and it’s been hard and I’ll admit I’m not the best runner on the team I’m the slowest most days. But this made me feel so much better about myself.❤
jsut bc ur slower than the rest doesnt make u a bad runner, running is about enjoying it and challenging urself and sorry for ur lost sending u lots of love
Idk how long I've been subscribed to you (I'm subscribed to A LOT of UA-cam channels) But I feel like I needed this kind of video, as someone who really wants to transform my body. Thank you ❤
100% agree, also about being sub to many channel i just love youtube whole reason why i have my own youtube channel it is so much fun to create content for others to enjoy
I have been watching your videos for long years and I get so much inspiration from you. You're so much younger than me I think you are much mature than me! Haha. I wanted to run for over a decade but due to my heavy weight, I couldn't. But I have been losing weight this year since I moved out of my parents house and work full time. I want to run like you and wanna feel rejuvenated like you. Once I buy myself good running shoes, I will start running! Thank you Linda and I really adore your mum. I wish my mum was as lovely as yours. Your mum puts a smile on my face! I love you Linda!
Hey, Linda. I'm so grateful I found you, especially now that I'm preparing for my high school finals. I feel like I'm stuck in one place and can't seem to move on from it all the time, but then when I watch one of your videos where you share your thoughts and feelings with everyone... I immediately feel better... like I'm not alone in all of this ❤ I'm so glad you're helping us all and standing by us. Thank you for all you do for us and I wish you the best! PS: Sending big greetings from Europe ❤❤❤
u r not alone and i wish u lots of luck for your finals i recently posted a youtube video on my channel about exam stress and time management that i think u will really benefit from and i hope it can help you
I recently went on a vacation and realized how much i love being in water,I’ve been struggling with weight for more than 8 years now and any form of exercise would tire the hell out of me and I always do it to burn the calories so i never enjoy moving my body.and i never have enough energy to do anything because im always on diets and live a very unhealthy lifestyle.this video made me feel like maybe I should give swimming a shot cause i genuinely enjoys it so much.
I get the fear of injury: for me, yoga is my safe haven, but doing it every day has put a strain on my body, especially because I love trying all the crazy poses and working harder and harder to get there. Especially recently, I think I've had 3 injuries this summer, where I had to take a break and it absolutely breaks my heart not to be able to move :( And I was just like you, for any movement in general: I was always wondering how people enjoyed working out so much, until I found my niche. Thanks for sharing the importance of fueling your body, and the benefits that moving our bodies can bring beyond surface level. x
Linda, I was always hesitant to properly run. I tried it for like 2 times but didn’t like it at that time. After watching your video I decided I want to give running another try. I am in a different place in my life right now, I started to like to exercise and feel like that running might be also something I could really enjoy (Especially as I am an introvert and always have to force myself going to the gym). Thank you for the inspiration, thank you for being so positive and uplifting about something you truly love. ❤️
reminder that u dont have to run to find ur form of movement u can do other things but it is always good to give it a second try and hey if u dont like it no worries there are other ways to mvoe ur body you jut have to find what u enjoy without forcing urself to do it wishing u lots of love and if u ever need some motivation i have some yt videos that i know u will enjoy and i hope they can help motivate u
Your words and your thoughts are so precious, truthful and important, dearest Linda. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I had no idea how badly I needed to hear your message. Much love and lots of happy and safe runs! 🤍
I completely feel the same, I started running in the beginning of this year and it is just for me, because I love it and it makes me feel strong physically and mentally ❤ loved the video keep doing what you do, love you big hug from me ❤❤
Linda i just wanted to say that i love you and everything about you you make me feel so safe and loved and okay in every way you helped me with my relationship with food/ struggles with anorexia I always grap a snack when i watch you you make me feel so safe ur so loved 💗💗
Thank youuu for that video!!! I’m a runner as well but I had a huge break from running cuz of my mental health. I started again like a month ago and couldn’t run as fast as I did before obviously, but your video, your words, really gave me strength. Thank you Linda, I wish you all the best ❤❤
you cannot imagine how quickly my face suddenly upgrades to a smiling-face when you upload a new video, Linda♡♥︎ and - you're incredibly strong!! good luck with all your new challenges or crazy ideas✨️☀️
I'm a 24 year old former runner who unfortunately had to stop running because of chronic pain after an abusive high school XC and track coach who made me run through my injuries. I miss it so freaking much. It used to be my dream to run a marathon or even just a half. I'm trying not to lose hope that one day I'll be able to run again, love you so much Linda!!!
you might or you might not but know that there are other forms of movement u can find enjoyable the most important thing is that u take care of ur self and ur body
@@oxanadc thank you for saying that :) yes, I have found so much joy in low impact movement and have gotten really into lifting, pilates, yoga, etc. so so grateful for that!!!

as i lvoe sharing on my yt channel the only constant thing in life is change, which means in life we will have to adapt and hey if u cant train outdoors u can still train indoors or find another form of movement that u enjoy
ugh linda thank you for being here!! your videos are like a breath of fresh air and it is so inspiring to see you find something you truly love and share it with us
I used to love to run when I was 13. I felt great and fireworks. Especially in the evening. I got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a year later. Now, at 15, I’m scared I will never have that opportunity again. If I go on a 30 min walk my sugar drops even though I ate so many carbs right before. I went swimming with no insulin. A bit over an hour. When I got out my sugar was like 220, took a shower, ate pasta and ice cream with insulin (but I had a goal of 150 set). After 1,5 hours my sugar was 49⬇️
This was incredibly insightful! Your story about overcoming a dislike for running is super inspiring-definitely gives us hope to push through our own challenges!
every time i see you vids it makes me fell so motivated and you make me feel so happy and that I'm not alone you vids are so comforting ilysm Linda you really make me and my day better

lots of love from brazil! you made me start my workout journey in the pandemic, gave me force to comeback to therapy and have a better relation with my body and working out, now im able to eat whatever i want and i realized my dream to feel comfortable at the gym, without all the anxiety! thank you for all the beautiful messages and learnings that you give to the world
As a runner, I run highschool cross country and track, I liked your perspective about running and mindset.

Linda, every time I see your notification popping up, I am sure life will feel good again. Even though I don't run and I'll probably not run soon, this video still changed me. I feel that your videos make me believe in happiness again, every single one of them, you never miss it! Thank you so much for creating such amazing content, you've impacted my life in the best way possible. Wish you the best!!
Your videos are always a warm hug for me, always healing something inside me. Your videos are such a mood booster and motivational for me❤❤❤
ive never met someone so healthy on youtube. geniuenly, all influencers that make videos on 'how to be healthy' or meal preps are just so clearly unstable or have an ed. you geniuenly have such healthy principles and habits. wow i love this video. just subscribed!!!
linda, this actually inspired me to run my first marathon. i LOVE running and have ran half marathons, but marathons have always seemed like the “impossible” challenge, not even worth thinking about. but you just made me realize that it really isn’t impossible, and i signed up for one last night. thank you and good luck with yours!
Literally 3 a.m. here and this is such a beautiful video to end/start my day. Love you always!!!
goodnight/good morning hehe
It's 12:00 in the morning in Greece and I just woke up and omg you can't imagine how happy I am for this notification, THANK YOU for everything Linda ❤️
Hey Linda!! It’s been nearly a year since I started watching your videos and every time a new upload pops up I sit down and get comfy with a drink or a snack to watch it. Your content has helped me so much in my recovery and is always inspiring me to try new things - will definitely be giving running a go as someone who usually hates it! Thank you as always for creating such lovely videos
so nice u have been doing well in recovery but be careful about going into running without fueling properly
if u ever need some inspiration i have some youtube videos that really will resonate with u and i hope they can help you
Hi Linda, I never seen your channel before, but I found this video and it inspired me so much. Thank you!!
any day that linda posts is a better day
this makes my day
100%
Linda! I don't know if you'll see this, but I just wanted to say you have been an absolute inspiration. You've been there for me during the times I didn't think I could keep going and I am so so grateful I stumbled upon your videos! U da best
so glad u found such a positive space in the internet
literlaly hope that my own youtube videos can bring such peace and inspiration to others too
I love that you're into running now! I feel the same way about running - it's helped me so much and it's just so nice to be outside and get out of my head!
literally same i love the feeling of the wind on my face so refreshing
This rule is for everyone, go do your squats and walking lunges and save the money on physiotherapist 😅
Love seeing you get out of running the good things, Linda ❤ everyone deserves some runner’s high
runners high is real
also sending u lots of love and wishing u for a speedy recovery
this is real running insperation love u linda ❤
truly agree
I used to run cross country, and I loved it so much! I had to stop because I have I have a joint condition that was making running cause more harm than good to my body. I have wanted to take up running again for years, but take it slow so my joints can handle it, and your video is the exact motivation I needed. I am moving to a new state in a few days, and I think it will be easier to start in a place where everything is new and I can create a new routine. Thank you so much for the inspiration!!!
reminder to take care of yourself and that u can find a new form of movement that u enjoy
and agree she is such an inspiration sh ewas the one who gave me enough courage to start my own yt channel where i want to inspire others
While I'm not a runner, I recently started training in Brazilian jiu jitsu and this video resonated so deeply. A mantra I've been practicing myself is along the lines of "strong not small" as you so aptly put it, which I love so much. Seriously helping me with body image and my relationship with food. Thank you Linda for your gentle and compassionate words
that a beautiful advice and one that i love sharing on my own youtube channel
Dear Linda,
I recently started running again and I'm training for a half marathon. Thanks for taking us with you on your journey. I really need to learn a lot more about running.😊❤

GOOOOOO GIRL YOURE THE BOSS

I honestly really needed this because I’m running cross country and I haven’t been the best I once was when it came to running. I lost my little sister last year and it’s been hard and I’ll admit I’m not the best runner on the team I’m the slowest most days. But this made me feel so much better about myself.❤
jsut bc ur slower than the rest doesnt make u a bad runner, running is about enjoying it and challenging urself
and sorry for ur lost
sending u lots of love
Idk how long I've been subscribed to you (I'm subscribed to A LOT of UA-cam channels) But I feel like I needed this kind of video, as someone who really wants to transform my body. Thank you ❤

Your personality and energy is so alluring!
I immediately feel better... like I'm not alone in all of this ❤
I'm so glad you're helping us all and standing by us. Thank you for all you do for us and I wish you the best!
PS: Sending big greetings from Europe ❤❤❤
u r not alone and i wish u lots of luck for your finals
i recently posted a youtube video on my channel about exam stress and time management that i think u will really benefit from and i hope it can help you
I recently went on a vacation and realized how much i love being in water,I’ve been struggling with weight for more than 8 years now and any form of exercise would tire the hell out of me and I always do it to burn the calories so i never enjoy moving my body.and i never have enough energy to do anything because im always on diets and live a very unhealthy lifestyle.this video made me feel like maybe I should give swimming a shot cause i genuinely enjoys it so much.
reminder that u dont have to run to find ur form of movement u can do other things but it is always good to give it a second try
and hey if u dont like it no worries there are other ways to mvoe ur body you jut have to find what u enjoy without forcing urself to do it
wishing u lots of love
and if u ever need some motivation i have some yt videos that i know u will enjoy and i hope they can help motivate u
Your words and your thoughts are so precious, truthful and important, dearest Linda. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! I had no idea how badly I needed to hear your message. Much love and lots of happy and safe runs! 🤍

I always grap a snack when i watch you you make me feel so safe ur so loved 💗💗
Thank youuu for that video!!! I’m a runner as well but I had a huge break from running cuz of my mental health. I started again like a month ago and couldn’t run as fast as I did before obviously, but your video, your words, really gave me strength. Thank you Linda, I wish you all the best ❤❤
first of all good that u took care of ur mental well being first that is crucial
and second know that u will get there
you cannot imagine how quickly my face suddenly upgrades to a smiling-face when you upload a new video, Linda♡♥︎ and - you're incredibly strong!! good luck with all your new challenges or crazy ideas✨️☀️
literally same I cannot help smiling everytime

I used to enjoy running outdoors now I live in a city where the summer heat is too dangerous for me to train outdoors 😢 watching you run and prepare all your meals is sooo nourishing 😊
as i lvoe sharing on my yt channel the only constant thing in life is change, which means in life we will have to adapt and hey if u cant train outdoors u can still train indoors or find another form of movement that u enjoy
ugh linda thank you for being here!! your videos are like a breath of fresh air and it is so inspiring to see you find something you truly love and share it with us
I used to love to run when I was 13.
