I love your content! I'm going through cancer treatment and love learning about eating healthy and mindset. Your meal templates are also so easy to follow for me! And I would love a pantry tour 😻
I am so glad that you are enjoying the content and find it helpful! Sending so much love and support during the cancer journey! I will definitely add a pantry tour to the next few videos! 💚💚💚
Hi ! Did you ever heard about fasting while getting cancer treatment? I think that’s really interesting !
I just love how everything is being used until it’s finished. Then move on. A very cost effective approach. Great video!!
Yes, I do my very best not to waste anything! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I am so happy that YT recommended your video. I love your approach to wellness and this was super inspirational!
Yay! Welcome, we are so excited to have you here! So glad that you liked the content! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I love your content I am a holistic nutrtionist and health coach and I always think about expanding my education. I love these videos and the style you explain things so thank you!
So glad to hear that you are liking the content. Explaining education/ what we do can be so tough 🤣. Thank you so much for the comment 💚
A dab of horseradish is a nice addition to slaw mix! Thank you for all you do! I'm 67 and so glad I found you! 😊❤

Girl! I am 100% with you on the 8-min egg train 🙋🏼♀ thank you again for sharing with us!
Came for the meals, stayed for the nervous system regulation… 😳 (big oof)
Stress & not resting well almost always what trips me up when I try to start making healthy decisions. Things came to a head towards the end of my teaching practicum… Working with a lovely ND near me, but thank you so much for your helpful tips, which feel like extra support!
"Came for the meals, stayed for the nervous system regulation"- I LOVE THIS!! But so true! We all know eating healthy is important, but NS health is so critical too!
So glad t hear that you are getting some support 1:1 from a ND during this time! Sending you so much love and support during the last push of your practicum!! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Thanks a lot for such an interesting video with new and refreshing recepies. Such videos often are very similar, but yours is really something new, very aesthetic and informative. Cool!!
So glad that you enjoyed the video and food it unique! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I am so glad you are addressing this! Decision fatigue is a big issue. I am going through this now but it only happens for lunch because breakfast and dinner options are easier for me.
Yes, Decision fatigue is real! I find lunch tricky, too; no shame in eating the same thing for lunch if it makes it easier to get a nutritious meal. Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Thank you for the food ideas. I also live alone and don't like food waste so I enjoy how you use up all your produce. Also thanks for touching on mental health and thoughts. You're very relatable!
So glad that you liked the content and found it relatable! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Pantry tour please! Love your content!
Yay, so glad you like the videos! I will definitely add a pantry tour to the next few videos! Thank you so much for the comment💚
Some really great reminders in this video! I get so overwhelmed trying to figure out what meals to make. It was nice to see that it doesn’t need to be so complicated. I notice that you don’t eat much fruit. Just curious as to why? Love your videos!
Yes! being healthy in the modern world can feel so overwhelming sometimes! I love fruit, I just don't tend to eat it too much, especially in the cooler months. I will definitely eat more as the weather warms up! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Dr Claire 😊 I absolutely enjoyed this video. I so agree with your mind set on slowing down and being healthy
So glad that you liked the video!! Yes, slowing down is so important!! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I thought I was a weirdo for not liking the texture of chia seeds, especially in my pudding 😂😂. I'm a newcomer to your channel, I like the vibes.
Welcome, we are so excited to have you here! TBH I have met so many people who don't like the texture, but blending it changes the game! So glad that you are liking the vibes! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
yes, pantry tour please !!!
I will add it to the list! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Thank you for this video and especially for your commentary about mindset. I really needed to hear that this morning. 😊
Yes, everything in life comes down to mindset, so excited that that resonated with you! Sending you love and support 💚
Such a great video! I've had such a beautiful vibe from it❤
So glad you liked the vibes! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Consistency is key! Love your videos!
So glad you like the content! Yes, consistency is so important! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
love this- thanks ! It was fun to add some cooked mushrooms to my egg party- it was so yummmmy alongside the sweet potatoe too!
So glad you liked the video! The mushrooms make the eggs so much better, and with the sweet potato, it is a perfect combo!! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Thank you for the inspo! 💗Just a thing "shocked" me a little: 4 eggs every single day is a lottt, isn't it?! (I mean, for the liver ...)
Hey! So I have 3 eggs per day (I find that is a good amount for me).
Right now, there is limited and conflicting research to say that eggs are associated with NAFLD. As someone with a healthy liver, I don't see any need to restrict them in my diet! They are also a great source of micronutrients needed for optimal liver function!
Hope that helps 💚
I couldn’t agree more about the decision fatigue! It’s such a problem. Also, I think you made reference to needing to heal your gut in a previous video - do you have a video about how you improved your gut health?
YES, if I go on instagram/Pinterest to find an idea for dinner I get so overwhelmed by all the options!
I don't have a video on my digestion health journey, but I have it on the list of video ideas! Hopefully it will be coming soon! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Great content so helpful
So glad you like the content! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Love the video😍❤️🙌🏻 Love from Laila Marie from Norway ❤🇳🇴
So glad that you like the content and so cool to hear you are from Norway, I have always wanted to visit! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Can you do a supplement vlog? Always a great vid💜🫰🏼👌🏽
I will add it to the list! TBH, I have been so hesitant to talk about my supplements because they are so personal to me, but I can deftly tell you what I am taking in an upcoming video!
Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Love the video. Can you tell us where you got your black pan at 13:18 stamp. Thank you!
So glad you like the content! It is the mini skillet from Xtrema. I will like it below! Hope that helps 💚

Another great video, thanks Claire! I noticed you store your cooked eggs in water. I'm curious about this? I've always just put cooked boiled eggs in a bowl in the fridge. They don't always peel easily.
Okay, So I usually will put them in a ice bath and put it in the fridge, then I will forget about them, the ice will melt and I will have eggs sitting in water in the fridge, so that is the story with the eggs in the water 🤣
I find they peel best if you give them a light tap on the top. If you crush the shell too much when you try to peel them it will shatter and you will just have small bits, making it harder to peel. What I find works the best is to tap on the top, get a small crack, then try to peel gently.
I know that was a long answer, but hope that helps 💚
Made veggie fried rice and your tofu recipe for dinner today 👌🏾
YUM, TBH it has been my go to dinner lately, so easy!! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Hey! Love your videos as always! What kind of camera do you use?
So glad you like the content! I use the canon M 50!
Such great inspo on the repeat foods/meals and decision fatigue! I did have a question… I see a lot of garlic powder but not fresh garlic. Any reason? Just curious.
So glad you like the content! To be honest, the garlic powder is just more convent! I could be better at using fresh, but I'm just in the habit right now of using powder! Hope that helps! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Ciao Dr. Claire, grazie per questo bellissimo e interessante video! 🥰 Una domanda: io adoro le uova ma ne ho un pò ridotto il consumo perchè pensavo mi alzassero il colesterolo....non è così? Un abbraccio!
Hi, So glad that you liked the video! With regards to eggs, the research shows the cholesterol in eggs/ foods does not impact serum cholesterols the way that we used to think it did. There are a lot of other factors that impact cholesterol (genetics, plant sterol content of your diet, other metabolic factors, liver function, ect...). But it is always best to speak with your doctor regarding your specific dietary needs!
Thank you so much for the comment!💚💚💚
@@drclairelockridgend Grazie mille! 😘
Great video! WHat was your budget for the week?
So glad you like the video! I usually spend about $70-90 CAD it really depends on the week! Thank you so much for the comment💚
Pantry tour!
Will add it to the list! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Is it ok to not eat fruits in every meal, just like how you only ate eggs and sweet potatoes? I’m kinda getting overwhelmed with the food I have to eat every meal, specially I only eat two meals a day.
Hey, I do my best to add a vegetable or fruit at every meal (I always add mushrooms with my eggs and potatoes)! But if you are getting overwhelmed I would say just make sure that you have protein and fiber at each meal!
Hope that helps 💚
Do you add anything into your eggs to make them creamy or just use soft eggs?
Just some oil to the pan! I find the trick with eggs is to cook on low heat and scramble softly! You dint want to break up the eggs, just gently move them around! It took me a while to get the setting on my stove/ technique right! I watched a lot of Jamie Oliver/ Gordon Ramsay videos that helped a lot too!
Hope that helps! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Surprised to see you use a microwave.
I try to mostly use the stove top to heat up leftovers, but on that night I needed something quick! It came in the apartment, but I only use it about 1 time per month at the most! 💚
@@drclairelockridgend gotcha. I’m getting into your videos. Very informative.
