I tried it and right after I made the dough I realized that I didn’t have a cookie cutter. So I just became creative and did a method of mine. It tastes so delicious 10/10
That's very common in India.... We eat it almost every day, u can find it anywhere in restaurants or streets.... We call it gupchup puchka panipuri etc... we pair it up with potato filling and tamarind water 🤤
I made these for the first time tonight and they came out okay except I use too much oil so all of them did puff up but some did however, they were delicious and my son had syrup on his and I sprinkled sugar and nutmeg on mine and gotta tell you this is like a breakfast treat and I'm making them tomorrow morning 😊❤
Hi, any ideas how I can make these before hand and store them? Ive got too much to do to cook them right before needed, but would love to serve them at a party.
Maybe not enough water? Not enough kneeding the flour? Not the right cutting utensil? Or Oil wasn't hot enough before you popped them in? Edit: Or maybe the water was at the wrong temperature?

Hi, if you don't have a cookie cutter, use a cup to cut the circles.
That's what I do!
🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣
Haha😂😂😂
Me too
We used a cup when i was little
Can use a clean can or any round or any shape item to make them.
Literally any glass, cup, jar or bowl will do. The size and amount of pressure is the only difference.
You're great. I've never seen this recipe before, so simple, so wonderful
