FYI, the plate underneath is to mount a fish finder transducer, not for the pedal drive.

Just a suggestion. I own the trolling 106 and as soon as I got it I washed it with dawn dish washing liquid. After it dried I put 3 coats of McGwires wax on the bottom and I don't have any mud marks or color fading. I am a boat builder by trade.

Love the video hope to see more videos with you fishing on this kayak. I ordered mine three months ago and I am still waiting on it. should of came last month but ACK keeps telling me it should ship next week every time I call on the ETA. I have a Fishing camping trip coming up and I am stressing out that the ship date keeps changing.

Thank you for the review, i was torn between this yak and the 106 powered by minnkota but after watching this, the pdl was the one for me. You seem to love this in the salt water, was there any reason you choose this over the salty version?
This one was what they had at my local tackle/outdoors shop lol. I did not want to wait.

Just got the salty version of this and I fish really shallow area’s of NSB. One reason I’m installing a fish finder as a heads up (depth alarm) before I hit the drive keel which I’ve done a few times already

Yes. Yak Attack makes this upgrade. Comes with the rope.

What’s better all around 120 or 106? Or no big difference?
I went with the 106 because of it’s size. Loads nicely in my Tacoma.
Would this kayak be worth buying used for $1500 after a year of use? I'm debating on buying it or not.

I have one. Don't use it unless I am hauling two yaks. This one fits in the back of my truck.
