    Wow. Its 4am and ive just done one of your wonderful vocal warmup/stretch for my hurting jaw and throat, now this meditation and an exercise video. This is golden, you are so blessed. Im so thankful youre sharing your knowledge and peace with us. I was just desperate for jaw stretches since mine have been hurting for years and nothing seem to make a significant difference. Now i even feel like singing a bit. You make everything so light and comforting. Thank you so much!!!
