- We hit up the drag strip in some MCM cars for a few battles down the quarter mile at the Mighty Car Mods Nationals 2019. Check out 2SEXY, the GOLF R, SuperGramps, Mod Max, Yaris Hilton and Benny from BCW brought out the almighty Cresta!

2sexy is way faster than I tought. As fast as Supergramps. I know that 2sexy is fully gutted and Supergramps full daily mode. But still impressive!!
100% agreed. I always thought it was quick 'enough' but not that quick in comparison. Last episode they did say it has ~220kw and it's gutted anyway so no idea why I thought otherwise.
2 sexy is way faster, it just cant hook up. It trapped 122! 10 mph faster than gramps. That thing is seriously quick.
Yeah I was surprised by that, poor STi owner thought he had a win coming to him, got smoked hard by a FWD Lancer lol
@@avgjo86 Looked up a drag strip calc just to see what he should expect if 2Sexy could hook and man, it's telling me 11.7-11.9 at 126-128! Man that thing is fast!

I became a petrol head just a few months ago and im 18. Idk where it sudendly came from. I bought a mx5 and now cars are my only interest
@Mo Man oh its my second but my first true car. The first was a peugeot 206 which i bought because i needed a car. Then i realised theyre more then just transport and bought my mx5. Im planning on keeping it. Its even rustfree, rocksolid and only a 150k km driven.
Edit: that 206 was a shitbox tho. Engine problems and leaking everywhere and everything. Got the coolant and the oil mixed together

2SEXY was actually doing quite well. better than i had expected.
12.6, it did the same time as Supergramps in last run, even tho that wasn't the best gramps run.
2sexy cranking out consistent 12’s over 120mph! dang that was impressive!
2sexy is legitimately a bit of a beast, I love it!

@@glentight that doesn't mean the event is insured for it, proper safety staff on hand etc. It's not just the drivers that have a million hoops to jump through.
@@jaydunbar7538 Benny would have notified staff at WSID of the capabilities of the car.

I really hope the music in this and a lot of the other later episodes gets an official release soon. 1:30-1:50 is SICK. I know that track has been used before but I don't think I remember hearing it flushed out with that blown out kick and hi-hat. And I'm still waiting on the remixed 2sexy theme from the big block swap videos to be released too lol.

Lost my job a few months ago and had to sell me 2017 Golf R, fully stock. Major bummer. But working again now and eagerly awaiting what MKVIII has to offer.
