Cy-Kick CS Insecticide with Cyfluthrin by Whitmire is a controlled release insecticide that may be used on any surface that will not be damaged or stained by water. Cykick CS is in a micro cap formualtion for long term residual and safer mixing. Depending on surface applied to Cy-Kick may leave a visible deposit in which can be removed with a damp cloth or sponge. Cy-Kick CS Insecticide is pet and child safe once dry.

Target pests: Cy-Kick CS Insecticide is for eliminating ants, bed bugs, bottle fles, boxelder bugs, cadellas, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, carpet beetles, centipedes, chocolate moths, cigarette beetles, clover mites, cluster flies, cockroaches, crickets, drugstore beetles, earwigs, fire ants, firebrats, fleas, flies, flour beetles, grain weevils, hornets, indian meal moths, lesser grain borers, mealworms, mosquitoes, rice weevils, sawtoothed grain beetles, scorpions, sowbugs, spiders, termites, ticks, wasps, wood-infesting borers and beetles, and many other listed pests.
For use in: Cy-Kick CS Insecticide is for use in and around apartments, campgrounds, empty chicken houses, dairy areas, dog kennels, food storage areas, grain mills, granaries, hog barns, homes, horse barns, hospitals, hotels, meat packing plants, food processing plants, milkrooms, motels, nursing homes, rabbit hutches, resorts, restraunts, schools, supermarkets, transportation, utilities, warehoueses, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings.
Application: For low-rate use of Cy-Kick CS Insecticide mix at a rate of 1 ounce per gallon of water to get a 0.05% solution.
For high-rate use of Cy-Kick CS Insecticide mix at a rate of 2 ounces per gallon of water to get a 0.10% solution.
Coverage Area: Each 120 ounce bottle of Cy-Kick CS will cover approximately 60,000 to 120,000 square feet depending on chosen dilution rate for target pest. Each finished gallon of product will cover about 1,000 square feet of surface area.

There is only one Cykick CS. Those are just descriptive names people have given to it. Cykick is a microencapsulated pesticide which makes it controlled release. It will work very well on scorpions at a 1 ounce per gallon mix rate.

Spray outside around the foundation, eaves, windows, doors, and other entry points. Inside you can spray cracks and crevices and under furniture and appliances. Cykick doesnt have an odor so dont worry about using it indoors.

I've used this before to control scorpions, ants, centipedes, roaches and crickets. I sprayed a bit differently. I use a hose end sprayer, diluted in the bucket1:5 then spray at 3 oz per gallon. I lightly wet the entire ground around the house and 6' up the walls (bark scorpions climb). I also spray 2 hours after dark when the bugs are out and running around. I feel the heavier spray lets it run down into the rocks and crevaces where bugs hide. A treatment last 6+ months where I see no bugs at all.
I started this after a pro sprayed my front yard and I saw roaches running around at night after that. I have a lot of wood in the landscaping. After I sprayed my way, I saw a 100 dead roaches around the house but saw no more live ones, even months later.
My new house is in a former orange grove. Neighbors are reporting upwards of a dozen scorpions in the house A NIGHT by blacklight. We had scorpions for 4 days (time it took for shipping) and haven't seen one in the year and a half since.
People may be turned off by the cost when the home depot stuff is $20. This is actually much more effective and covers more. Love the stuff.

This is the best way. I used to spray professionally and would push the product with lots of water into the areas that really need it. I was called out by some that I was diluting it to save money but no not at all I was applying the same amount of product but pushing it further down into the surfaces like gravel, mulch, expansion joints and any gaps in general. Especially here in Arizona where otherwise your spray evaporates immediately and will just sit on the top surface to be depleted by the UV rays and foot traffic.

@@ritabayuga7736 yes, I would mix in large tank and power spray it, you could also just use a hose end sprayer for the same effect. I'd use about 1/10 the normal mix, so if normally mixed at 3oz per gallon then I'd use 3oz per 10 gallon. I'd then apply that ten gallons to where you'd normally apply the regular 1 gallon. So the same amount of chemical is being applied to the same amount of linear or square foot but the extra water let's you soak and push the chemical further down into the crevices. This method only works for ground cover not eaves or inside obviously.

How do i use this around my cat
We will do a power spray video as soon as things slow down. We are new to online and summer is swamping us with orders.
If you are looking for a good general use insecticide with a low cost Bifen IT works very well and is water based so it will not burn turf or ornamentals. Cyper WP is good but the wettable powders wash off after a rain.
There appears to be 2 versions. One that says CY kick CS controlled release cyflutrin and the other says CY kick cs pest control insecticide. What is the difference? Which is better got scorpions? Thanks.

Yes CyKick has a 90 day residual. So every three months you would need to re-apply.
It kills all the bugs scorpions love to eat. With no food, the scorpions will leave.
Don't use a stream...droplit size affects run off and partical bonding...

I is thus a good product for horse bot flies or flies in general. lf there is something better please advise, they have gotten into my home and attack everyone and thing!!

What happens if you exceed the 2 ounce per gallon recommendation? I may have measured wrong on the last applications and over saturated my applications around the foundation
