I did find the answer to my question by researching the FIFRA section 2(ee) exemptions. “Employing any method of application not prohibited by the labeling, unless the label states that the product may be applied only by the methods specified on the label. For example, a Section 2(ee) recommendation cannot add a method of application such as chemigation or aerial application if the label specifies only ground applications”
Ya know what they did here in Florida. They released millions of male gmo mosquitoes 🦟 with a broken gene for reproduction on all further offsprings. Three years a go it was unbearable in minutes you get covered with these pests now days you lucky if see one once in a while. Awesome job. First they done this same thing in Brazil with same great outcome.
