I love the simpler recipes! These are good to use as a guideline to show that you don't need all the fancy tools to impress someone during a dinner party. Definitely will use this.

This was easy yet absolutely delicious! The caramel is the most perfect consistency too and did not taste overly sweet as others tend to be. This caramel would be perfect to use for a caramel drip cake. This recipe is a keeper!!! Thank you.
I love Bruno. All his recipes always turn out perfect when I make them, and that's rarely the case with most cooking shows.
I need that instead of coffee in the morning
Something my mother used to make which might taste similar to the Panacotta and be easier to make was a Coffee Marshmallow Souffle (which is light and fluffy) and is simple to make with a fantastic coffee flavor. [It comes from FORUM FEASTS a Junior League cookbook out of Walwick, NJ.] Just cut up 28 marshmallows into small pieces with wet scissors and dissolve in 1 cup strong hot coffee. When cool add in stiffly whipped cream that you've made from 1 cup heavy cream. The recipe says to add a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt but you can give it a kick with some Tia Maria or Kalua also. Then pour into individual sherbet glasses and refrigerate for 3 hours or more.
