McKeever Hills XC Ski Trail, U.P. Michigan - 2024-12-26

Conditions at McKeever on Boxing Day. A lot of those annoying beech leaves in the tracks and whatever it is those pine trees are exploding. Some new snow would help but there's about 8" here so can't really complain. I did all 11km of the trails yesterday and overall conditions were pretty good. Tracks were set on A and B. C was rolled and plausible; despite the warning sign advising not to ski C alone, I was the second person to do it!
