Brilliantly put, Karen! Agile is an approach to work that optimises for human interaction, frequent value delivery, collaboration and adaptation. It is manifested in cross-functional teams.
Just be careful with this question as many corporate organizations create their own version of agile. The ideal version of agile might not be what they are looking for. It could be a trap. So be honest with yourself are you looking for a new job or the ideal agile position. A good way to figure it out is to ask lots of questions about how the company operates. Do they do all the events in scrum or skip some? Ask how they manage whip limits in kanban or scrum. And the there are points do they have a common "safe or scaled" process for estimating? Just a few warning signs. Great video question.
First five minutes are just repetition of the question.. answer to the titled question starts from 5:45 minutes. Beware friends. this video tests our patience in case you haven't skipped the video already!!!!!!
