    OMG this is really helpful for me, still trying build my career as a SM. I also want to say that for my case it may not be that I do not pay attention to the interviewer, but the problem of accent may derail me from answering questions as required. But thank you very much for this.

    Great conversation. Observation please. You said user stories components are what, who, why. I thought its what, how, why?. Let me get the clarification please

    • @enrichtv7190

      It’s who, what, why? Customer is The Who, what is what they want, so they can is the why. Example is As a blah blah bank customer, I want to apply for a mortgage loan so I can buy a house.

    Most Scrum master jobs now are not just Scrum master positions. Whether you look at the job title with Scrum Master/this or This/Scrum Master or if you look at the long list of job duties because companies just want the job done. It's not that easy to get a Scrum Master job these days, so I don't even think the 5 interviews you mentioned is realistic, particularly for those not already in the field, but depending on what part of the country one is in, it is different, cos some areas with less competition are easier to get jobs in.

    In the event an interviewer asks a question I don't know. How do I respond to it?

    • @BeingAgile_Consulting
      @BeingAgile_Consulting  3 роки тому

      If you have a similar story to tell regarding the question, go ahead an apply it. If not, tell them you may not be familiar with it, but you would love to take it home as an action item fir improvement.
