Thank you! I love cheesy rice. Try making it with just some melted cheese on hand and a little milk & butter. Or the canned cheese sauce is good. This is a meal we will have once a month. Thanks for watching!

Looked really good. My hubby is the same way not a big rice eater either, more potatoes.. I love rice just about any way it is made. I sure wish I liked thighs as they are so much cheaper than the breast, but I'm not a dark meat eater. :( But hubby would like them, he prefers dark meat and I'll just throw a breast in for me. :) Boneless skinless breast are running $1.99 lb, to $3.99 lb depending where you shop, thighs about $1.49 lb and wings are very expensive and short supply. Yes, throw in breast meat for you. That would be very good. I like the thighs because of their juiciness. I didn't like them years ago. Chicken is the cheaper meat in our area and our prices are the same as yours. When I see wings on clearance, I buy them up. Thanks for watching.
