That's a pretty clean cat to be helping in the shop. Looks more like an office cat to me. I'm doing a seal on a 400D engine and this is kinda like it. Thanks for posting!

Actually, the Owner's Manual for the Lawn-Boy Silver Series Duraforce engine (Models 10247, 10252, 10323 & 10324) calls for a NGK BPMR4A. The Champion equivalent is the RCJ8Y not the CJ14.

Honda 16957-ZE1-812 is a nearly identical fit to the original rubber washer in this video. I just installed it on a mid 90's Lawn Boy 10523 with the F series engine. The diameter is slightly smaller than the Lawn Boy original however this 100% fixed my leaking pet cock. This video helped me install it. Watch that you put things back together exactly like the video and I do recommend removing the tank.

PROTIP: Teach your hubby how to vacuum-seal his chips (without crushing them) and he will love it (most guys are gadget geeks at heart), which means he will use it. He'll get some chips then reseal the bags... grinning the whole time he's doing it... and you won't have to. Bonus points if you can get him to show off that technique to all his buddies. If their wives don't have a FoodSaver in their kitchens, they will... soon! (If you're really lucky you can be there to whisper some sage advice into their ears that it would make a great Christmas Present.) Have fun with this... and consider videoing the teaching session and him learning to do it. Every wife who dreams of a Food Saver for Christmas wants to see his grin.

The dugout is where they first lived when they came there and before/during the house being built, In the farm I grew up on, They, Theodore Kentzler, dug into the side of a bank/hill and rocked it in and lived in that till the house was built
