I've got a 507C on my EDC. I hit it with some compressed air nightly to keep fuzz from collecting. Great dot. Some people think 2 MOA is too small for pistol dots, but thanks to the power of astigmatism, a 2 MOA dot often looks like a 3.5 MOA dot to me anyway. Someday it'll get replaced with a Trijicon RCR, but it's been so reliable that I'm not in a rush to replace it.
@@shootintheshtpodcastsome of the cheap sig rifle optics have done me well but I haven’t tried any other non USA made optics besides the Sigs & Holosun. Holosun is absolutely the best bang for the buck in my opinion.
From what took from your video is that you really like this red dot. You stated that you own few of them for years and never had any issues ever. So it’s seems from your experience, it’s reliable, robust, great price point, last a long time and amazing customer service. Just out of curiosity, what do you mean when you say this optic is good for what it is. Great review by the way.
It’s good for a Chinese produced product. Honestly the best I’ve seen. Holosun seems to improve greatly from over the years, and it just keeps ticking.
I have been searching for the best budget optic for the M&P 2.0 4.25 inch barrel optic, and every time I think I found one.I hear a negative that makes me a little weary.I want to not break the bank, but also don’t want to get a optic that peace of crap.I feel the best thing to do is just get a Holo Sun and be done with it lol. From all my research I keep getting lead to Holo Sun.
I have 2 507c's and 2 507k's 3 out of 4 good, 1 of my very recent green 507k's getting sent back the circle is intermittent when firing within 200 rounds
My Holosun 407c worked great at the range the first time using it. I got home and realized the red dot was blurry, even after cleaning the lens. Any suggestions?
Bear in mind, most guys who shoot seriously are running aimpoint and trijicon. Those are going to run you $400-$600. I personally compete very regularly in USPSA so for my use case I own several trijicon SROs. Those are just under $600 a pop.
One thing I forgot to mention in the review is the 407C is just a dot, the 507C is multi retical design
@@Cgonz1982 it’s states on the box that I showed. It’s a 2 MOA dot

Holosun must have really good control of the factory and production.
They must, because every other Chinese optic I’ve tried is junk

I was hoping to see this optic on Zev// thank you so much 🙏🏽
Just ordered one looking forward to shooting it. Cyelee CT2 green dot is around $100 and I def love that. Hopefully holosun will live up to the hype.

Sounds like you are correct
Definitely not 200 or sub 200
Just ordered one $269 before tax and that’s even on Amazon. Couldn’t find one anywhere else cheaper.
I believe I said “either it’s under or around”
Cory how was the Amazon dot ?
@@Teggy123 holosun is far from an “Amazon optic” that’s just the website I ordered it from but it’s been fantastic

Yeah, most red dots are blurry indoors. Take it outside and see the difference (during the day)
Where did you get this for $200

Will this fit in a SW EZ shield 9mm and a SW bodyguard .380? Do you need plates/ adapter?

For most pistol dots it is. As I stated everyone is different so I don’t expect everyone to be able to get it
