Easy Chicken Swiss Roll Ups

This video will show you how to make chicken swiss rolls ups for an appetizer. It will also show how to keep lettuce crisp and flour tortillas soft.

Chicken Rool Ups
Flour tortillas
Chicken lunch meat (sliced not shaved)
Swiss cheese (sliced not shaved)
Lettuce
Red onion, chopped
Creamy garlic dressing (or your favorite dressing)
Put a thin layer of salad dressing on flour tortilla. Put a layer of lunch meat, cheese, lettuce and a little chopped onions on the flour tortilla. Roll up. Cut ends of. Cut into slices. put fancy toothpick in each one. Put on serving plate. Wet paper towes and wringe out excess water. Put a layer of moist paper towels on top. Wrap with plastic wrap on both directions. Refrigerate immediately.
