Easy Homemade Beef Stroganoff

Easy homemade beef stroganoff
1 chuck roast, cut into bite size pieces
1 family size cream of mushroom soup
1 16 ounce container sour cream
1/4 onion, chopped
1 package baby bella, cleaned, stem removed, and sliced
Famous Dave's steak and Burger Seasoning
Olive oil
Noodles
Salt
Water
Season the chuck well with Famous Dave's. Add olive oil to large frying pan. Heat oil. Brown chuck roast on all side in a single layer. Remove browned chuck roast and put it into a large bowl. You will need to do this in batch. After roast is brown, add olive oil in same pan. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add to bowl with roast. Turn crockpot on low. Add soup and sour cream. Mix well. Add roast, onions and mushrooms. Mix well. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3 hours. Add water to large stockpot. Add salt to pot. Bring to boil and cook noodles until desired doneness. Drain and rinse noodles. Add drained noodles in to strangnoff. Mix well. Enjoy.
