It depends on your fitness. I recommend you do these exercises maybe 2 to 3 sets of 5 reps each. The most important thing is that you focus on every rep, not on the total of reps you are doing.

it will help you not to get injured if you train legs heavily in the gym
and work out some musle fibers that you may not get to in the gym

I usually do all of them as a specific workout! But you can always split them and do only one or two and add them to your gym routine!
