Step 1: Use your momentum to generate power 0:33
Step 2: Strike the "Heart" of the ball 1:27
Step 3: Extend leg, follow the strike through 2:03
Step 4: Head and knee over the ball 2:36
Step 5: Learn what technique works best for you 3:04
Step 6: Strike with the laces area 3:32

I was taught this trick by my coach when I was in high school, it was a satisfying feeling having a shot others feared.

1. Do a run up with speed
2. If you are only focusing on power try to hit ball and shoot as hard as you can
3. Hit the ball in the center with your laces
