Congrats on 700k, brotha! What a cool way to celebrate too. That technique was so interesting, and so intricate! I can see how you could get super creative with flavors. Even as simple as a lemon/wine sauce instead of Dashi or Soy sauce. So cool to watch!

Good video! FYI... besides store bought sedation stuff, I've used clove oil in the past, to sedate my koi, so I can fertilize eggs or transport fish.
