The Yanagi scoring segment with the textured boil slicing (Katsu?) part was nothing short of art. Another amazing episode. That ink and rice risotto recipe looks like a heck of a dish.
A good egi technique I’ve tried recently is to twitch it by bringing the rod tip towards your feet. Works well when you’re on a structure that is higher than the water level (bridge, pier, break wall, etc.).
This was so good. It is so enjoyable to watch Taku prepare a meal. It is relaxing and the end results are amazing. My favorite part is the knife skills. Always learn so much from your videos. Thanks

The way I catch squid from the rocks . Remove the weight from the jag , set a trace sinker on the bottom loop approx 1.5mt above sinker attach squid jag with about 1 Mt trace this allows squid jag to float 👍 Cheers Wombat 🐾AUS 🦘🦘😊
