You need a longer intake, for the longest time i thought i had an air leak in my fuel line or vapor lock so id stop getting fuel flow but it was my carburator boiling the fuel back up the fuel line because it was too close to the cylinder and getting too hot. A longer intake helped a lot
Thats not from it being "to close" to the engine, thats cause you dont have it properly tuned. Guys that run minerali/MXS cylinders w/ factory reeds dont have that issue.

Looks like a G2 reed cage. Should've went with the DIO reed or something with more aftermarket support.
If they were going to cast a new cylinder design anyways they may as well make the hole for a Reed cage to fit

Hey Mike Barry, is it possible to wire or DIY the third cable that comes out? How do you have the black and the red power coming out of the engine but some engines come with a white one in case you want to have external lights and stuff like that does that exist? Like a DIY is doing it over at that point you have to just build your own engine?

Honestly not worth messing with. I tried it and it drew enough voltage from the magneto that the engine didn't make spark.

And not only that the way yall are making the exhaust port you can only put certain mufflers on it how are you supposed to upgrade the exhaust this seems like a set back

Are there any exhaust pipes that are compatible with such a motor besides the stock muffler?
No unfortunately, I am going to have to cut the connecting part of a stock exhaust and weld it to an aftermarket expansion exhaust. This is a very limited engine but looks cool as hell on my cruiser lol
Got my bullet train electric start completely rebuilt with a billit machined liquid cooled head forged pistons crank and Conrod were already pretty strong double spark plug ports 2 stroke EFI & a smart carb water pumps are electric too so no power lose as if it were a crank driven pump & alternator already uses crank power amazon exhaust with expansion chamber and a welder shop did all the measurements for chains and gears to gear the engine to the crank peddles cut the peddles and cranks off so its balanced & just a gear welded a stationed gear from the engine to the crank and was able to use a regular bike chain from there with a mountain bike 6 or 7 speed transmission ran on ethanol with 2 stroke oil never could dyno it but it blew up the CVT clutch after a burnout drove it but was scared to reach top speed but id say i hit probably almost 90 mph 6 gear and was 70% throttle at like 6,800 rpm running at like 190 degrees after a warmup id say maybe making like 15/20 hp had a cheap engine temperature tack and rpm reader you can get for like $15 or less on Amazon its pretty accurate just gotta wrap a wire around a spark plug and go into the settings and set it for 2 stroke engine
I heard these are less reliable and less parts friendly compared to the Zeda or 60cc “80cc”

Use a impact with a socket on the magnet part bolt then feed it gas and make sure to make the clutch tight

Just gonna tell you something that you may not realize if it was 100 cc four stroke and you converted it over to two stroke you would actually have a 350 cc motor with pretty close to four times the amount of torque also you would not need to add oil to the gas, which intern means that the two-stroke engine won’t burn cleaner with more power
They're all the same .. 50 horsepower standard chinese clone goes about 99kph or 65 mph carries a ton .

US vs China standards. US it’s 80 but everyone calls it 100 as a way to differentiate.
