I go all the way to cycle 38 vacuum 10 from the very beginning 😢 after the first let down I can't feel it anymore and I start wishing there was a stronger pull. I don't know why I stop "feeling" the pump. Then I try all cycles and vacuum levels back to bacon mode up and down and nothing. I just don't feel anything. Is there anything I can do? I measure my nipples constantly and I have all the flange sizes and the same thing happens. I also don't get much milk if I don't massage and compress. I eat well and stay hydrated. I don't know what else to do.

It could be flange sizing still isn't 100% optimized, or the pump could be the wrong pump for you. The vibration can be too much so it may be you need a smoother pump. I wish I could provide better guidance with this information but I can always get you in for a one on one consultation to help sort this out!
