    Tip: spray undercoating in the spring beds before you reinstall the springs

    Most people use like 2 layers of electrical tape and some grease as isolators so you won't have that thick rubber but also no metal on metal

    U could put electric tape where the isolators would be to help with any future squeaking.

    I got H&R supersport springs on my 2v & people ask if I’m on coilovers. You should swap those springs for some H&Rs.

    Wow perfect timing! I've been thinking of removing my isolators I bought for my GT so I can get that extra drop. I just picked up some steeda ball joints to lower the front even more. Should hopefully be half inch drop out back and 1 in in the front. Keep it up Roman!!

    • @5327arod
      @5327arod 6 років тому

      Bobeech 97 if you do just the steeda ball joints and leave the spacer off, you will lower it about an inch or more!

  • @TurboTurdBurglar

    Should of did measurements would of been cool to see the drop . I did mine and got almost a half inch of drop

  • @GenerationNoise

    why dont you just cut the springs . i cut like a half of turn of mine and looks great by cutting the springs you could drop that thing to the ground if you want , worked like a charm for my 2000 stang

    Looks like someone with an air wrench cross-threaded that lug nut on there. Good thing you found it! Look at Carlos gettin' down'n'dirty!!! lol Actually the car sits pretty nice bro. I would have left the isolators in the rear.

    • @Ozomeroman
      @Ozomeroman  6 років тому

    The springs already settled if you’ve already had them in for a while, you’re just taking the isolators out. And after watching that wheel assembly slam down because you didn’t jack up the spring, don’t make anymore how to videos.
