Lifting Your C7/C7.5 Audi S6/S7 and Using Jack Stands Like a Pro

One of the most frequent questions we get from newer owners of the Audi S6 and S7 platforms, specifically the C7-C7.5 models, is about lifting the car and positioning jack stands. Many are unsure of how to lift the car when there's only one designated spot to jack it up. In this video, we’ll show you exactly where to jack up your vehicle to safely place jack stands underneath. Remember, always keep the jack under the vehicle whenever possible as an additional safety measure.
WARNING:
On a car with perfectly intact control arm bushings, this method is safe as these components are designed to support the vehicle's weight under normal conditions. However, it's important to note that jack stands should never be placed under the lower control arm. Instead, they should be positioned at the designated jack points on the side of the car to ensure safety and stability as shown in the video.
