@Rob Thurman These are the first courts I've played at that had camera mounts already in place. Usually, I use a "Macgyver" tripod with a clothes hanger attached that hooks onto most fences just fine. Before this setup, I built a camera mount using PVC pipe, but it was pretty bulky. Maybe I'll make a video about the evolution of my camera mounts. What do you think?
@@advantagetennis3459 That would be great. I normally use the qm-1 mount and I like it but I wish the angle were a bit lower. What do you do if the fence has a wind screen?
I hang it from the very top when the courts have a windscreen on the inside. The camera may swing a bit, but I've learned to use tape to secure the camera in place. It works okay. I'm still searching for a better solution than tape. I have a few ideas but haven't tried them out yet. I like the qm-1 mount a lot. Its seems to be very sturdy. I'll probably get it to mix up my camera angles eventually.
@@advantagetennis3459 I had 0 complaints about the qm-1 mount. I typically put on top of the fence as heights are pretty standard and I don't have to adjust the mount angles. That lower angle you use is certainly nicer for seeing what the ball is really doing.
Great video. What are you using to hold your camera?
