Great job! Just bought a 23’ in red. I was sold the second it was put in sport+. Great vehicle 👍
This video is great! Well done explain this amazing car!
amazing video, sold me on thinking of getting one!!
Hello, tell me, on my 240i the multimedia screen on the right side turns off, what could be the reason?
How did you get the M badging on the side off the car I thought the U.S cars couldn't get them
Great videos mate!! You are one of the reasons i ordered my M240i..:) Any idea about the timetable from order fo delivery regarding Europe? Almost 3.5 months waiting now..:)
Appreciate that. Tbh i am not sure. Do you have a VIN? I believe it is 2-3 months once the car is built to get from mexico to germany. There is a way to to check freight boats going from port to port and search cargo for VINs but i forget the exact way to do it.
Ordering mine this week, unfortunately in Ireland we don't have the black wheels as an option 😢
Ordered my 2024 in Melbourne Red last week and it’ll be here in 2.5 months can’t wait! MPE and new tips are going on immediately as is a dark window tint.
Got it ??
Does the 2024 have the 48v mild hybrid? The US site mentions it now in the description, but it doesn’t show on the specifications.
not that i am aware of
PERFORMANCE
PULSE-RACING ENGINES
BMW TwinPower Turbo engines bring you roaring, reliable power. The 230i models feature an inline 4-cylinder engine, while the M240i models boast an inline 6-cylinder engine with 48V mild-hybrid technology. For maximum precision and smooth shifting, all 2024 BMW 2 Series Coupes come equipped with the 8-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission.
Maybe just an error?
pretty sure it does. all the 2023 b58s do
Thank you for the video. I have the 2023 model. What's the difference between those two?
Price increase
@@DenverCoutu wait are you serious?
bro got no filter 😂
@DenverCoutu
Can you confirm that you were really showing a 2023 model, not 2024?
Because you didn’t mention the 48v mild hybrid that is supposed to be new for the 2024 M240.
And along with that the Auto Stop/Start button (that is still there in this vehicle) is removed in other B58 engine BMWs with the mild hybrid, so expected to be gone in the 2024 M240.
That is a 2024. no 48v mild hybrid.
@@DenverCoutu The key tag you show at the end indicates a MY23.
The VIN (also from the key tag) also shows Production Date June 12, 2023 and Model Year 2023.
@DenverCoutu I just got my 2024 m240i in Canada. BMW replaced the leather airbag cover with a plastic one on your steering wheel and removes the rear climate control.
BMW confirmed that 48v mild hybrid was a mistake on their website
@@youtubeaccount6519 it also has the leather steering wheel airbag cover. 2024 is plastic.
I really do think this is (for most) a better choice than the M2 and a good overall value for the performance (all things being relative of course) the fact that you can get (comes with actually) X-Drive makes it win out against other coupes as far as power, performance and price. I've not really been a BMW guy but currently own several modern MINIs - when I look to replace one of my 2 door JCWs the M240i is at the top of the list.
How do you make sure you get the adaptive headlights?
enhanced pkg
How do I move and brighten the hud
idrive settings
Quick Question : is the 2024 M240i Available with the newest Steering wheel (on the New i5)??
No
@@DenverCoutu ThanQ for ur Time
I wish you could delete the sunroof on the M240 but you can’t only on the 230i are your allowed to ..
right?! I want that lower center of gravity!
In Canada you can delete it, mine doesn't have the sunroof
Nice video, however, if you want to attract customers, please mention pricing, lease offers etc. Car Dealers need to be transparent about pricing
I did not include pricing because my videos are seen worldwide, mostly USA and I am from Canada so pricing is only relevant to where you are from.
so what did they change on the 2024? just ordered mine
We must’ve ordered ours on the same day 😂😅 I did a lot of research. 2024 is getting the 48V mild-hybrid system I know for sure. It’s also getting iDrive 8.5 software compatibility. That’s really the only change from 23-24
@@Jacob-xd3ko Really? I heard 2024 was gonna be the last year non electric. I was kinda hoping it wouldn’t have the hybrid system in it 😭😭
Confirmed @ 48v @ bummer

Mine is due early November :)
@@blueflame9966 Yep, they list it on the website under info about the new 2 (specifically the m240 and m2). I’m indifferent about it. I think it’s cool but it adds over 100lbs and complicates the car which will be fun to maintain in the future ☺️ However, I did read it can coast from 9mph to a stop to make for a more seamless start stop experience, as well as minute performance improvements. I guess that would explain the $1500 price increase from last year
Sorry I just realized your in Canada
What's the current price?
Approximately one wheelbarrel full of dollars, or 49.7k base RWD and 51.7k xdrive.
Add 1k for ship and handling.
Options probably take to mid 50s.
@@DartonTodd if you go a little crazy on the configurator you're in the 60's - still not too bad for what you (can) get. Those are in USD. It's not uncommon to get a decent discount if you are working with a decent dealership...
5:04 Legroom is kinda ok "Gets Squished to death" ahahahah
Want
im sorry but the climate menu is not a feature. physical buttons are preferred by most people and are much safer while driving. having physical buttons might be a feature nowadays, but having to use the touchpad is not
i get it but the reality is you set it to auto mode and only need to select the temp and the system does the rest
Old one looked better but this isnt bad
Car looks cool, but dash and iPad just put me off soo much - not a car anymore?
Typical cheesy sales dude. There's nothing about this that is a new look.
For the money I rather get a used low miles m2
me too
why are there only big brembos in the front?
electronic parking brakes means floating calipers on the rear of all BMW cars, even full M cars
Wow! Great car but…NO. No manual.
I think this is a 2023, the 2024 have the “new” streering wheel central airbarg cover in rubber and not leather with stiching and have no usb-c in the back
Really embarassing from BMW
so in other words no difference between the 23 or 24
I think the only difference is the bigger display
The bigger display was introduced with the 2023 models
That's a 2023
No look at the screen it's 2024
no .. look at the horn cover .. plastic now except for the m cars!@@solidfuel0
@@digitallantern593 what was it before? If not plastic
guess it was fake leather stitched horn cover over plastic now it is just stupid smooth plastic 2024 models not the 2023 like the one you show!@@solidfuel0
You will never convince me that is a 2024 model. 😀😁
This man could sell me a metastatic tumor.
how is that the M240i has ASS and the X5 & X7 M60i does not . wth lol
ASS?
@@DenverCoutuI think it’s referring to the auto start stop
oh, in that case, BMWs with 48v system do not have ASS button. it is done automatically depending on the mode.
Auto start/stop@@DenverCoutu
@@wza223-fo3mc stop by bimmerpost, unless your just a video watcher and not a owner 😉
so nothing is new basically ? xD
MADE IN MEXICO
😂
I call mine the Mexican Mustang! What a wonderful thing it is. They do wonderful work!
If I order one, how long to receive? Anyone know ?
2-6 months. Depends on the dealerships allocations. If they had one available, jan/feb production, feb/March delivery if your in North America.
@@DenverCoutu I got lucky. I ordered on Saturday via internet and dealership about 3.5 hours from my house had a match. I drove up Tuesday and got it. Love it. 👍👍
