    Hi DoctorJo. I would like to know your feeling on back braces. Good, bad? How long to wear them and if I could sleep with one on, just lightly strapped on.

      You're welcome, and thanks! It really depends on what specifically it's being used for, but in general, they can be helpful for short term use/acute issues, but they shouldn't be worn long term or all the time. Wearing it too long or too often can make the muscles become weak/lazy which can make the problem worse.

    Hi Dr Jo long back I came for your suggestion my right side shoulder got facture Dr given 40-50 days belt ..now for that facture 4-5 month passed but shoulder gets sometimes very hard pain plz suggest excercise...waiting for ur reply❤

      Unfortunately, I don't know that answer since I can't evaluate you. Everyone is different. If there is any way you can see a physical therapist in person, they should be able to help you figure out a specific program for you and help answer your questions.

    Any help with coccyx pain with low back? I cannot lay on my back without pain and numbness. Been sleeping on my side for months.
