And I love this cake so much, I think they are really cute and so tasty.
Sponge cake painted with cute Sumikko and filled with delicious and cloud-like strawberry mousse.
It is super light, moist and really fluffy.

Food Colouring

115 g Milk
35 g Caster Sugar
35 g Vegetable Oil
90 g Cake Flour (sifted)
Blue Food Colouring
115 g Egg Whites
35 g Caster Sugar
✨STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
2 ½ tbs Cold Water
8 g Gelatine Powder
190 g Fresh Strawberris
70 g Caster Sugar
3/4 tbs Lemon Juice
190 g Whipping Cream
✨BUTTERCREAM
90 g Shortening
15 g Unsalted Butter
60 g Icing Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Exract
30 g Whipping Cream
Baking temperature & time: 170°C ~ 12 Minutes
To Store: In the fridge (in an airtight container) for 3-4 days

This is super cute, love it!! Instead of mousse cake in the center, is it possible to have a normal chocolate buttercream layered cake? Will it hold?
If you like to use chocolate buttercream as a filling, I suggest to add a few layers of sponge cakes in between to support the outside pattern cake.

how do i adjust the size for different pan size?! it looks so good!
The round pan size depends on how big is your rectangular pan and the size of your drawing.
For example if you use wider rectangular pan, then it can fit longer drawing which means you can use bigger diameter round pan.
To make sure whether it’s fit or not, you can do the mock up first with a piece of paper.
As for the ingredients, please adjust the ratio according to the size of your rectangular pan.
