She looks pretty good now and I DON'T think she took gear but i can definitely see someone with that mindset having no problem taking steroids.

One of the main differences I always see is this: A natty getting called out for roids usually feels complimented. Their work is so impressive it seems almost impossible for the normal human to achieve. They usually say thanks or laugh or joke about getting called out rather than throw out insults because they’re in a good mood. A fake natty acts like a typical liar and plays up their own hype while also getting hostile, not shying away from throwing out insults. They’re a bullshitter getting called out for bullshit. So yeah, he comes across as a fake natty.
Getting called out for juicing by one or two people can probably be a compliment, having tons of people tearing you down on social media probably feels a lot different.
and your the authority on human nature?! you made up rules and according to your made up rules you came to a conclusion😂🤣🤣🤣 or did the conclusion come first and than you made up the rules to support it?

There's a key factor in the anorexia background, and is the fact that in order to get as big as THAT, You not only need to work out a lot but eat A LOT, LIKE A SHIT TON, and coming from someone who's has a similar underweight situation and having a hard time eating, the eating disorder just discards that growth being natty
Yeaaa, not buying this one either. I was pretty damn under weight. I weighed around 130-135 at 6'0 at 17. I could barely put weight on despite eating high 3k to 4k cals per day. I jumped on MK677 in order to sky rocket my appetite even further and finally started seeing some progress. I then stacked the next "cycle" with Ostarine(MK2866), I put on some decent lean mass and didnt have too much body fat, honestly had a similar physique with a shredded look and some pretty dope abs and delts along with pretty huge traps which was a dead giveaway i was enhanced. I didnt care much as I was doing bloods and getting the proper nutrition to maintain quality and stable levels of things within my body. I will never ever claim natty, that would be embarrassing.
I have good genes and been natty all my life. The gains are slow even with tremendous work. Especially to get full body gains. The amount of work you need to put in to get swole, without gear, the recovery time is simply not fast enough. You will be in a state of perpetual recovery. Being natural is about strength and health. You accept that you will be at a certain weight for the rest of your life, and focus on the enjoyment exercise gives you.
His dismissive, defensive & narcissistic attitude screams liar. In his young mind, he thinks that the rest of us older & more experienced lifters/juicers buy his dismissive excuses. He said he was anorexic so that makes me believe even more that he would get on gear. He goes from one extreme to the other. This dude has some deeper mental health things going on. There’s no doubt that he has good genetics that respond really well to Gear. He’s got a lot of followers on TikTok and a lot of them are younger and more impressionable so he wants to keep his squeaky clean good guy image so that he can keep the money rolling in.
the dude isnt even that big compared to others... he gained what? 50 pounds in 3 years? not much if you have proper diet, i myself gained a lot of weight just by eating more so it is possible, and i look big on picture alone but when compared to others, except height there isnt much shock, as you may see on my profile i was really into gaiming stuff and all, i was skinny fat and in the time of a year i gained 20 pounds and lost fat whitout proper dieting. I am also very sorry for the way i wrote this i am not English.
No one denyies that the incentive exists. That doesn't mean he do Gear. You seem like someone emotionally hurt by the guy. I would say that's an incentive to strongly hold he is on steroids even if you don't care if he is or not. But I wouldn't accuse you of that, of course. Now, unless you have more evidence than showed on the video, you just can't tell.
Bro in his reply video he literally showed that in 2 years span he got like triple the bicep/tricep mass. Nah this kid started injecting and it was relatively recently
The most sus part is that he can’t even respond to someone saying he’s enhanced without laughing about it and insulting them. Classic “I just work harder and have great genes” shit. He might be natty, but he’s definitely lying about something.
I disagree. People are literally insulting him, he 100% has the right to be a smart ass because everyone is being a smart ass to him. He even mentioned that himself, if you're defensive, all of a sudden that's just more proof you're on gear, which I 100% agree isn't a valid criticism.

14 years here on the clock, 220lbs 5.9, 16.4 arms. But obviously body fat is around 18%, so we go back to meme above. How do people keep forgetting once you cut the calories to stay lean , your body needs fat to produce testosterone so once you do it your testosterone drops so much you just loose all the size as your body needs calories for body functions. Only juicers can do that as they dont need to produce their own testosterone.

Put on probably around half of that in that year tbh. Gotta take into account that these are pretty regular photos with shit lighting, vs him with downlighting, on the pump, fully flexing. Angles and Lighting can really change how you look.

Now the hardest part is before you - to actually get roid-looking muscles naturally. Good luck with that in the day and age when half the people still think that Mike O'Tren is a lifetime natural.
You're absolutely correct. I went to school with a guy and played ball with him since we were 10. Was a genetic freak but only to to about 185 and he lifted for 11 years prior and was strong as hell. After our freshman year of college ball he quit the team and within 6 months put on like 50 pounds but claimed he never touched a steriod. Years later he competed in a natural event....at 165. Draw your own conclusions.
Even if he was very lean to begin with, hard to see someone packing on that much lean tissue in that time. No photos of him bulked up, just bigger and leaner in every photo. Seems unlikely. He does look pretty big, not just lean.
What I find interesting is that he hasn't come out and said "I dont take steroids". He just keeps making videos saying "To all the people accusing me of steroids. I used to be anorexic". I see it as lying by omission tbh.
I grew up a really small kid, skinny as hell, shortest kid in my school, including the girls. (Yeah I know.) I went through a massive growth spurt at 16, along with the same time starting to work out with a trainer and eating like a horse. Since I left school I basically worked, worked out, ate, slept, and repeat….for about 2 years. I was out to a club one night and every person who knew me from school accused me of taking steroids. It didn’t annoy me at all. In fact it was extremely flattering. I would have thought I was on them too. My point being, when people get annoyed or angry when they get accused of something, it’s usually because it’s true. People who aren’t will usually be so flattered and just like ‘wow,,,,I must be working my ass off”. Guys like Prince Valiant here is so passive aggressive and condescending in his response tells me one thing. He’s full of it. Steroids I mean. I don’t understand why people lie about it. If you wanna do it do it. Just be aware of the risks and don’t abuse it. This guys also short, theirs a reason he’s not posting numbers and I guarantee you he’s like 5’7-5’8 at most just judging from the videos of him doing pull ups and comparing him to the equipments size. It’s easy to make yourself look massive with proper lighting and angles especially with distance.
Yeah for real these posts are made by roiders any natty 18-22 yr old that’s been lifting 5+ yrs knows this is achievable, being super lean and getting some good pics does wonders until you wear a T-shirt
I actually know this guy, him and I worked at Home Depot together. Never asked if he was natty or not, but he’s a pretty cool guy in person. He doesn’t look that big irl, but he’s super cut
Based on my own anecdotal experience, I’m going to have to say he’s not natty. How could you build that much muscle in such a short time and then also claim you’ve never had any body fat? If you eat enough calories to build that kind of muscle, you’re going to build fat too, and then you’re going to have to cut.
Eh.. not necessarily. I've never been fat either. I didn't have anorexia, I have just always had a fast metabolism. I'm 6'2 and I used to weigh 130lbs. I'm currently at 180lbs naturally. Took me about 4-5 years to get to 180 and I'm still growing larger. He did it in 3 which isn't too much of a difference. I haven't been consistent for my 4-5 years. So if he was consistent, It's not impossible like a lot of people claim.
@@conradgrieff7014 The average is 1lb of musle to 2lbs of fat. A fast metabolism makes it even harder to build muscle. Im 6’ 220 and I have always had a fast metabolism as well. I have probably like a 16-20% body fat.

@@baitosho9591 Like I said my guy, I think he could get there natty. Just given more time. He's used gear to accelerate to his final form IMO. Not to surpass it. A lot of people think the gear makes the physique. In reality gear is most often used by people who look crap or to get from point A (skinny or fat average joe) to point B (a natural 8-10 year physique) in minimal time. 3rd category is your body builders, powerlifters and fitness influencers who have naturally unobtainable levels of muscle because they chose to go beyond that level.
I rewatched this and I’m torn. On one hand, he could’ve been working out for a while and finally conquered his anorexia which resulted in a very positive response for his muscle growth. On the other hand he stayed lean while putting on a good amount of mass in only 3 years. I think weight is a huge factor just like Derrick said.
yeah I can't really tell either. dude has great delts it looks like. he could be on a little something but for sure he's been busting his ass. he doesn't look super freakish though
It really is up in the air for me as well. I could see both but I mean if he really was anorexic and then he started eating properly and lifting and lets say he does have good genetics. Then assume he only weighs 160-170 then I would say in 3 years this is more than achievable. I'm kinda the same way, but I have low bodyfat and am pretty vascular but my actual strength is fucking puny and sad. Then again, you'd be surprised to see how many people are on gear and aren't that strong. There's also a difference between training for strength and aesthetics, I mean just look at powerlifters and compare them to bodybuilders.

A fake natty acts like a typical liar and plays up their own hype while also getting hostile, not shying away from throwing out insults. They’re a bullshitter getting called out for bullshit.

Naturally, he’s on gear.
If those years on the pics are accurate, I don't see how he could bulkup that much without gear. Just my opinion, his traps blew up quicj which is a big indication he's on something.
Anybody gonna talk about how Derek is following “xxbuttbuttxx69” 💀
High test side effects

@@MorePlatesMoreDates Derek you really had to clear this one up I see 🤔. Don’t worry we still like you.
That natty progression, of Osta, to Rad, to test, has worked wonders for this kid.
You really think his phisique is not natural?? How bad do you have to look to think his phisque in naturally unattainable in 4 years.
@@baitosho9591 He's got a "final physique" Imo. He's not beyond what he could achieve naturally, or if he is, he's not far beyond it.
But that's his 10 year physique. Not a 3 year. He's used the "straight line between 2 points" method imo
@@judgejudyandexecutioner.5223 Bro if you see him in person you wouldn't really think he is on gear. He just has very round muscle bellys and is also very lean. He probably hasn't put an unbelievable amount of wheight. He was also anorexic which means he could rebound pretty fast. Honestly I don't see why people don't believe him.
@@baitosho9591 4 years lol
I myself went from around 175 senior year of high school to 205 after my first bodybuilding show as a true true natty. I have pictures of myself at 205 and it wasnt pretty lol
@@Miiike true, I think if you were anorexic and start finally eating right you could gain a lot of muscle back during the noobie gains.
@@wesley5729 the dude had good delts even when he was thin though
@@ADGwildlife true, he looks like he has good genetics
Informative as always and unbiased as fuck!
I would say not natty based on his shoulders alone! BUT i dont have the cheat code Derek has for seeing this shit for what it is 😅
Imagine if Derek tried to thirst trap on TikTok 🤣🤣🤣
He’d get 1 million followers in 7 days
😩
97% of his followers would be men, just like the guy in the video
Derek is being nice here. We all can see the obvious truth.
I knew a guy in wrestling, reminded me of this guy. Never lifted weights. Ate like garbage and was shredded and like 170. Shit he only started working out with the wresting team and he’d lean out. Who knows, who cares
I do feel like he gets VERY defensive about something most nattys would take as a compliment.
i agree but he has probably heard it sooooo many times its getting aggravating.
I'm not natural now but I can say when I was I was accused of being unnatural while being natural. It goes to exactly what you're saying about good insertions and being incredibly lean. I was 175 pounds shredded and natural but was always asked if I was running Winstrol or something along those lines. Now I'm not natural 218lbs and still pretty lean. The difference is now obvious but I never took offense to being accused of being on gear because that meant I looked really good 👍
i hate when people suggest i might be not natty it feels like a discredit to years of hard work i dont take it as a compliment at all. it really pisses me off and i hate juicers
"Flexxing til he prolapses himself" fucking ended me 😂
I was gonna comment that too it had me on the floor 💀
Is “gram” his surname, or the amount of test he injects per week?
I'm natty and my acne is insane, people could perfectly say i'm on a cycle because i have decent muscle mass but my strength is pathetic, so i guess that would be my defense since roids make you strong as shit
Yeah, I have mad bacne and my transformation has been drastic for the last 5 months. Strenght gains are also decent so i guess if someone just accused me I'd just sit there and look stupid
My acne is come and goes now that I'm in my 30s but now I've become strong with proper programming. I created a base over years of sports, 10 years of manual labor, and intermittent gym lifting. Track all my food, water, program with a profesional coach for the past year. I'm 5'10" 185ish and now people asking what I run haha
@@baitosho9591 exactly, how the fuck can we know if someone is natty or not unless is obvious? we just can't
@@Micolashcage1 im 25 and i have acne like a teenager on my back
The gravitational pull of your delts brought me here.
Dude everytime the hair loss comes up I just go cry. Every male in my family is starting to go bald at the latest at 25. Not one single dude in both of my parents family that still has a lot of hair
Might as well just do gear and go bald then homie
@Nikkolo Machiavelli wow didnt actually expect any answers, but i also meant that statement to all people saying that because someone has no hair (or rather hair loss) they must be on gear. Some people are just genetically gifted or not so much haha
@fortnite4201 x what’s gene editing if I may ask
@@vater3349 Lol my friend has this too but i just told him to go to istanbul and get hair translplants for cheap and good
Try using Finasteride
I started about 6 months ago and it saved my hair and i even regrew some.
Lmaoooo “here he is flexing until he prolapses himself” 💀
I fucking love Derek man. He’s becoming a national treasure of sorts. I didn’t dislike him at first but just used his info for education. But dude really grew on me. Just seems so chill
people will eventually stop accusing him being on steroids if he stops shitting on everybody who accuses him being on steroids.
It’s crazy how derek can admire his physique without sounding gay😂
Thanks to this channel I’ve been able to achieve my dreams of sounding like I know what I’m talking about while having zero real world experience to back it up. I achieve it with golden phrases such as;
“Off cycle”
“Downlighting”
“Bang Sliced McGee”
DUDE your video's are extremely addictive... You've got too many video's I haven't watched and 70% of my office job time goes to MORE PLATES MORE DATES lol
Still.. That transformation in 3 years (I think that's what he claimed) is pretty pretty sus for a "natty"
Facts. To achieve a physique like that it would probably take many many years
@@123-d3m1d Could it be that Derek and others have been on "supplements" (rice, brocc, chicken obv) for so long that they havent the experience of whats achievable without them?
Im no genetic freak, nor do I eat or workout perfectly and dont take any drugs. But Ive been working out for many years now and I dont really get that much more volume. I think I more or less hit my roof whats achievable for me as a human. And I can tell you Im not at this guy's level.. So to get to that level in a short time seems very unlikely. Of course I dont KNOW if this is possible or not for him but if I had to bet money I know what I would bet on for sure..
8:58 I’m sorry but there is no chance that that is when hestarted working out. Look at how developed his chest and shoulders are already
@@xc5103 thats legit what he's been saying
Didnt he say he had anorexia? No way he can look like that naturally in “ 2 months” that looks like 4 years on/off
I started working out and gained 7 pounds in like no time newbie gains exist
Carlo Alberto Maccioni Show us a before & after lets see if its this drastic bud. Also realistically probably only 2lbs muscle rest water & fat
@@carloalbertomaccioni2123 lmao shut up bro
His blink rate is super interesting in his video denying use…
There is some micro facial moves with a high blink rate, I don’t think he is being truthful…
Steroids probably not but that isn’t the only thing he can take.
Microexpressions are not an indication of lying. I'm not supporting him, though. The dude is probably lying. What sticks out to me is his defensiveness and dismissive attitude. Oh, and also the fact that he achieved 10 years worth of results in only 3-4 years. That's the big one.
Of course the astrology girl would post this
Shit always bugs me when they show pictures of them being skinny at early teens and then when they're in their 20s after bulking. You can increase your muscle mass by 500x when you're comparing it to your malnourished teenage self. Its not that crazy.
Yeah, as a teen I was putting on 20 pounds every year for like 4 years straight once I started working out
haha well idk about 500x but yes I do agree with the deception here. I mean if I showed a pic of when I was 12 compared to now at 26 people would shit themselves
The pics were from late teens though. It wasnt when he was 12. It's like a 17 to 20 transformation
He’s just showing his progress? Idk what you want him to do differently
@@GrugginNClubbin he’s fine - I’m saying people who attribute growing into an adult as steroid usage lol
A lot of kids dodge the “Steroid” accusations. They just tell themselves that SARMS aren’t and they get lost in their own lie.
