    • @sabinrawr
      @sabinrawr 4 роки тому +23

      @@rodygutierrez1385 It's not about how much you eat, but which food you choose. I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice. Nutritious foods tend to be more filling, because they meet more of the body's needs (a/k/a cravings). Try to eat more slowly, giving yourself a full 30 minutes (or more) per meal, and no more than one bite per minute. If you start to feel full, or even if you find yourself just not as hungry anymore, stop eating; put away the plate or bowl and finish it later when you feel hungry again.
      The key is to pace yourself; if you eat too fast, you end up eating PAST the point where your body thinks it's full. When your body detects that it has eaten enough, it releases hormones that make you feel full and not hungry, but it takes time for those hormones to work. If you eat one bite every 15-20 seconds (not uncommon, especially at breakfast or when you're in a hurry), you will eat approximately double the calories (+100%) before feeling full, as opposed to only +15-20% at the slower pace.
      You might also want to do some research (or consult a dietitian) about how to select balanced meals that are filling. Most of the time, foods that I "could eat all day" are full of empty calories and don't provide the right kinds of nutrients that trigger the "I'm full" hormone. Worse yet, they often contain sugars and other chemicals that stimulate a positive feeling that makes you think you have more energy, or that trigger lethargy that makes you not want to exercise off those extra calories. Most people find that if they can figure out which foods meet the most nutrient needs while also being palatable, your body will actually start to crave those foods instead.
      Give it a try!

    For all youse out there, this workout is one of the best workouts however for fat people, I highly recommend doing at least 30 minutes of cardio followed by this workout and get a good diet also do this 3x a week because your muscles need rest in order for it to grow , for those that are skinny or normal weight do this workout and do it 3x a week. Sorry if my English was poor I hope this helps you.

    First off get your mindset right. I realize there are lots of young people on here. I’m 52 so not that young. Your mind set should be to workout to be healthy. Sure we all went to look good but don’t become obsessed with how you look because transforming your body is a slow process. It takes patience and lots of consistent effort. Workout to get and stay healthy. Your heart needs exercise. Your mind needs exercise. If you want to transform your body you must alter your nutrition habits. There’s tons of info out there, but the vast majority of people have no clue how important your nutrition is. Again, think health reasons not just looking good. Nutrition is 70-80% of the equation. And I mean consistent high quality food. Lean meats, (no deli meats), lots of fibrous veggies, apples, bananas, avocados, blueberries, raspberries. Fruits you have to be careful because some are high in natural sugar.
    It depends where you are in your fitness journey. If you are just starting, trust me focus more on getting your nutrition habits in place before you get all gung-ho into workout routines. You cannot out exercise and bad diet. 1 gram of protein equals 4 calories. 1 gram of carbohydrates equals 4 calories. 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories. The average person will only burn 100-150 calories in 20-30 minutes of cardio. Now with that information start paying attention to the total calories in the foods you eat. It’s much much easier not putting a high calorie food in your mouth than sweating your ass off on a boring treadmill for 30 minutes. Even with out working out at all you will see major improvements in your body shape with a sound nutritional plan. Your energy will skyrocket, your concentration and focus will be very sharp. Your energy will be very consistent. Then when you add exercise to this regardless of your goals, be it to just get lean or to get jacked your gains will come very quickly which will motivate you a ton. People go to the gym and work their asses off and then go home and eat bad and they might see a little improvement, but not enough to motivate them to keep putting in the hard work. Don’t spend a bunch of money on supplements if you aren’t going to dial in your nutrition. Again you can’t replace nutrition with supplements. You’re simply wasting your money. Just get whey protein. That’s important to start. So in review:
    #1. Dial 🔎 in your nutrition🥩🥚🍗🥑🫐🍌🍎🥦🫑
    #2. Systematize your eating. Consistent nutrition, week after week, month after month. Easiest way is learn some cooking skills and buy plastic (freezer safe, microwave safe containers) and spend time once a week prepping meals so you don’t have to think about what you are going to eat.
    #3. Exercise.
