So I have a question - on the second exercise, You did it differently than the other two gals. Seemed like your elbows were more flared out and it looked like you turned them out slightly at the top in the first round. Is that intentional or an option - or . . .? Just wondering, loved it either way!
My dumbbells are bigger...the heads are touching just as the other girls, they are just using lighter weights. We are doing the same move. Elbows can go wider when you lower, but try to squeeze them in towards your ears as you raise them up.😘❤️💪
No. If you use heavy enough weights your arms need time to recover. I'd suggest 2X a week and add in leg day, and maybe a full body workout too. Can always throw in a good booty and ab workout.
